[Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a method for producing an FRP molded article with a paint film formed on its surface, and more specifically, a method for producing an FR molded article that can efficiently manufacture an FRP molded article with a paint film formed on the surface through a small number of steps.
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a P molded body. [Prior Art] FRP molded products coated with polyurethane-based or polyester-based paints are manufactured for the purpose of improving weather resistance, aesthetic appearance, and the like. Conventionally, when producing such a coated FRP molded body, the surface of a pre-formed FRP molded body 1 is sanded using a disc sander 2 or manually to reduce the shrinkage rate, as shown in Figure 4. In addition to removing the undulations on the FRP surface caused by the difference, the surface is appropriately roughened to improve the adhesion of the paint, and then the paint is applied. That is, sanding work is essential before painting the FRP molded body, and this sanding work requires a great deal of labor and time, resulting in a problem of extremely low manufacturing efficiency. In addition, a molding factory that manufactures FRP molded bodies and a painting factory that performs sanding and painting must be constructed separately because they perform different operations. There was a complicated task of having to transport the goods. In addition, skill is required to apply the paint to the surface of the FRP molded body, and if the operator is not a skilled worker, the paint is likely to cause uneven coating and poor gloss, resulting in a decrease in product quality. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Therefore, the present inventors have devised a method that simplifies the work required for painting and enables efficient work, as well as manufacturing high-quality coated molded products without requiring skill. The present invention was completed after repeated research for the purpose of providing a method for manufacturing FRP molded bodies. [Means for solving the problem] The present invention, which has achieved the above object,
The gist of this method is to apply a paint to the surface of an RP mold, then laminate a molding resin material and reinforcing fibers, cure the resin material, and then remove the mold. [Function] The present invention is a method of forming an FRP layer by applying a paint to the surface of an FRP mold and laminating a molding resin and reinforcing fibers on the coated surface, so it is similar to the conventional painting method. FR
There is no need to sand the surface of the P molded body, and the molding work of the FRP layer and the painting work can be performed efficiently in the same place. Additionally, since this method applies paint to the surface of the mold, it is easier to work with than the method of applying paint onto the smooth FRP surface after hardening, and it is possible to form a uniform paint film without requiring any skill. . [Example] Fig. 1 (^), Fig. 2 (A), and Fig. 3 (^) are explanatory diagrams showing an example of the present invention in the order of steps, and Fig. 1 (B), Fig. 2 ( B), Figure 3 (B) is the same as Figures 1 (A) to 3 (^
) is an explanatory diagram showing a partially laminated state of the mold surface corresponding to the mold surface. First, FIG. 1(A) shows the preparation process for the mold 5, in which the surface of the mold 5 is cleaned. After cleaning as necessary, a silicone-based or wax-based mold release agent 10 is applied to the surface of the mold 5. Next, as shown in FIG. 2(^), a paint 4 such as acrylic urethane, urethane, or fluorine paint is applied to the surface of the mold 5 using a spray device 3 to form a paint layer 1a. The paint may be applied manually using a brush. After the paint layer 1a is cured, the next step is carried out. Note that a gel coat layer 1b is formed on the upper surface of the paint layer 1a if necessary.
This improves the conformability of a and the FRP layer 1c described later. That is, a known gel coat agent is used, and its application is interposed as necessary when the compatibility between the paint and the molding resin material described later is low. Next, as shown in Fig. 3(^), reinforcing fibers 1c are laminated while applying a molding resin material 1c2, and an FRP layer 1c is laminated on the paint layer la as shown in Fig. 3(B). , the FR
The P layer 1c is heated and cured, and the molded body formed from the mold 5 is removed from the mold. During this demolding, the paint layer 1a is applied to the FRP layer 1c.
are attached integrally, so that the molding of the FRP molded body and the formation of a coating film on the outer surface of this molded body can be performed at once. Wax-based mirror glaze M G H- as a mold release agent

The FRP molded body with the paint film formed in this manner was subjected to a weather resistance test under the following conditions, and as shown in Table 1, it exhibited excellent durability, similar to those coated using the conventional method as shown in Figure 4. It was found that Test method: Accelerated exposure test using a sunshine weather meter. Table 1 The mold release agent, gel coat agent, paint, resin material for molding, etc. used in the present invention are not limited to the above examples.
Other known materials may also be used. [Effect of the invention] Since the present invention is configured as described above, the paint layer and the FR
The P molding layer can be formed all at once using the same mold, eliminating the need for sanding work as in previous painting methods, making it possible to efficiently manufacture FRP molded bodies with a coating film formed thereon. In addition, even non-skilled workers can produce FRP molded bodies with high-quality coatings without uneven coating.
