The nozzle 2 is connected to a high pressure air generating means such as a compressor through a high pressure air piping 3 for injecting high pressure air into the air passage 1. At this time, as air pressure between an outer periphery of the nozzle 2 and an inner surface of the air passage 1 drops down, outer air is suctioned by a high pressure airstream into the air passage 1, whereby ventilation is carried out.
