Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate holding and removing of batters by installing a support member to a separator disposed between sheathing boards of form, rotatively inserting a holding body in the support member, and holding a batter on the holding portion of the holding body. CONSTITUTION:An internal thread portion 12 is screwed onto the external thread portion 5 of a separator 3, and a support member 11 is installed at the end of the separator 3 in a protruding condition. A batter 4 is positioned between a holding body 14 and a sheathing board 2, and the holding body 14 is rotated. When the holding body is rotated to a substantially horizontal position, a holding portion 15 is brought into contact with the side of the batter 4. A conical spring washer 17 is compressed, so that the batter 4 is held by the sheathing board 2 and the holding portion 15. When the batter 4 is removed, the holding portion 15 is removed from the batter 4 by striking the holding portion 15 from the side with a hammer or the like to rotate the holding body 14.

Therefore, as shown in Fig. 2.3.4, the female thread part 12 of the support member 11 is screwed into the first thread part 5 of the separator rake 3, and this screwing is done by using a spanner or box wrench to connect the hexagonal head part 13 of the separator rake 3. As a result, the support member 11 is attached to the end of the separator 3 in a protruding state, and in this state, the support member 14 is pushed through the support member 11 &2, so that it can freely rotate. In this state, the holding part 15 is hanging downward due to its own weight, and in this case, the holding body 14 is in a state where it is slightly sliding toward the separator 3 side.

Next, in this case, the horizontal flap material 4 is connected to the holder 14 and the weir plate 2.
When the holding body 14 is rotated in two directions, ``rightward or leftward'', and rotated to a substantially horizontal position as shown in FIG. The disk spring washer 17 is compressed, and the holding part 15 is pressed against the flap 4 due to the action of this spring, and the flap 4 is held between the weir plate 2 and the holding part 15: l/j y

To remove the sheathing material 4, hit the holding part 15 from either side with a hammer or the like to rotate the holding body 14 to the right or left. 14 becomes freely rotatable and hangs down due to its own weight with the holding part 15 facing downwards. In this state, remove the vertical flap 4 and turn the hexagonal head of the holding part 13 to remove the supporting member. 11 and rotate it to remove it from the separator 3.

Alternatively, another method of removal is to loosen and turn the hexagonal head of the holding part 13 of the support member 11, so that the holding body 14 can be slid slightly in the axial direction, and thus the holding part 15 can release the flap member 1. , Therefore, the cover member 4 can also be removed.

Therefore, the support member 11 is attached to the separator 3, and the holder 14 is rotatably inserted through the support member 11. By rotating the holder 14 in either the left or right direction, the holder 14 can be attached to the support member 11. is fixedly held by the holding part 15 of the holding body 14, so that the porcelain material 4 can be easily fixed and held.
