Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本考案は製氷機で製氷板の下面に板状氷を生成
させる為に設けられる散水装置に関するものであ
る。

従来の技術 以下図面を参照しながら従来の製氷機の散水装
置について説明する。

ある。そして庫内後部に水道に連結されて水道水
を導入する水用電磁弁3を配置するとともに、こ
の水道水を貯水するタンク4をこの水用電磁弁3
の下部に備えている。そしてタンク4内の製氷水
を送出するポンプ5がタンク4内に備えられ、こ
のポンプ5からの製氷水を案内するホース6を有
している。このホース6は途中でチーズ7により
分岐されて散水装置2両端の筒部8に連結されて
いる。散水装置2は製氷板9の上端側に備えてい
る。製氷板9は、平板で庫内に傾斜して設置さ
れ、上面に冷凍サイクルの蒸発器10を有し下面
に製氷水を流し板状氷を形成するものである。

考案が解決しようとする問題点 従つて、このような構成では、ポンプ5からチ

内の製氷水を案内部11の方へ流出させようとす

り均一な流れが得られないため製氷板9で生成さ

ろからの案内部への流出量が増えるので、貯水部
から案内部の方へ流出する水量は均一化され、均
一な水の流れが得られることとなる。

部17への流出量が増えるので、貯水部18内の
製氷水は、第3図の矢印に示すように貯水部18
から案内部17の方へ流出する水量は均一化さ
れ、均一な水の流れが得られる。
