Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate supply of hot water at a desired temperature into a bathtub or the like, by providing a means for controlling the temperature of hot water supplied through regulating the mixing ratio at a mixing valve on the basis of data sent from a temperature sensor. CONSTITUTION:Water raised in temperature by heating in a main body l of a water heater is mixed with cold water by a variable mixing ratio type mixing valve 8 under the control of a controller 15, whereby hot water at a desired temperature is supplied to the exterior. The controller 15 is capable of setting a target temperature for hot water to be supplied into a hot water tank such as a bathtub. The controller 15 controls the temperature of hot water to be supplied through regulating the mixing ratio at the mixing valve 8 on the basis of data sent from a sensor 14 for hot water temperature in the tank 7, which is to be supplied with hot water. When the hot water temperature in the tank 7 detected by the sensor 14 is lower than a set temperature, the control means supplies hot water at a temperature higher than the set temperature so as to obtain the set temperature. When the detected temperature is higher than the set temperature, the control means supplies hot water at a temperature lower than the set temperature so as to obtain the set temperature. Hot water at a desired temperature is thus easily supplied into a hot water tank such as a bathtub.

Therefore, the automatic water heater according to the present invention includes a mixing valve with a variable mixing ratio that mixes hot water from the water heater main body with water at a temperature lower than the temperature of the hot water, and a hot water supply device that receives the supply of the mixed hot water. A temperature sensor detects the temperature of the hot water in the hot water tank, and the temperature of the hot water to be supplied is controlled by setting the reached temperature of the hot water in the hot water tank and changing the mixing ratio of the mixing valve based on information from the temperature sensor. If the temperature of the hot water in the hot water tank detected by the temperature sensor is lower than the set temperature, the control means controls the hot water at a temperature higher than the set temperature in accordance with the difference. is supplied to the hot water tank, and when the hot water temperature in the hot water tank detected by the temperature sensor is higher than a set temperature, control is performed to supply hot water at a temperature lower than the set temperature in response to the difference. The purpose of the present invention is to achieve the above-mentioned object by the configuration.

The hot water supply line to the outside is piped to a required location from a high temperature hot water line 6 that directly supplies high temperature hot water boiled in the water heater main body 1 or from the second water heater main body 1b. An automatic hot water supply line 13 is prepared that does not directly supply high-temperature hot water boiled in the water heater body 1, but instead supplies hot water at a constant temperature of, for example, 42°C to a hot water tank 7 such as a bathtub. A mixing valve 8 with a variable mixing ratio is provided to mix high-temperature hot water and tap water from the faucet 2 to obtain hot water at a predetermined temperature. The receiver is temporarily accepted into Jistern 10 via the route. The distern 10 is necessary to prevent mixed hot water from flowing back into the water heater body, and is provided with a plurality of sensors 14 for detecting the internal water level.
