ホルダーには前記表示輪の外方に延出する突出片
を設け、この突出片に設けた切欠溝を前記フレー
ム側に設けた受部に挿入係合してホルダーを回り
止め状態で保持するカウンタにおいて、前記切欠
溝に前記受部を圧接してホルダーの遊動を抑える
