Abstract

PURPOSE:To guide a thermo-sensitive rod and a temperature conducting wall into alignment even though the two are dislocated to a certain degree, when a plate is to be placed, by forming a support from a heat resistant insulative material for connection of a heater terminal and a plug, and equipping this support with a guide wall in the form spreading upward for the purpose of guiding the temperature conducting wall to the thermo-sensitive rod. CONSTITUTION:The body 8 of a cooking apparatus is equipped internally with a heat shield plate 9 and a heater 10 fixed to it. A support 12 is provided with a guide wall 16 inclined as spreading upward so as to guide a temperature conducting wall 13 to a thermo-sensitive rod 15. Even though the temperature conducting wall 13 is not situated right over the rod 13 but dislocated to the left or right to a certain degree when a plate 14 is to be placed, the wall will be in contact with the guide wall 16 of the support 12 and guided by the inclined surface, and correct setting can be obtained. Thereby the place 14 placing operation is simplified, and there is no need to make alignment through rotation of the plate 14 after its placing, so that no uncomfortable sounds will be generated. Further, there is no risk of damaging the rod by the plate 14 rotating, which should prevent drop of the temp. sensing performance.

The temperature transmission wall 13 is an inverted U-shaped groove consisting of two convex portions, and is provided so as to protrude slightly outward from the periphery of the bottom surface of the plate 14. Each of the plugs 14 has a heat-sensitive rod 15 with a built-in temperature sensor (not shown) at its tip, and a temperature regulator (not shown) inside.
The heater 10 is energized by connecting it to the heater 10 . that time,
The heat-sensitive rod 15 is inserted under the plate 14 and covered by the temperature transfer wall 13. This increases the contact area between the heat-sensitive rod 15 and the bottom surface of the plate 14, improving temperature detection performance. Further, a temperature transmission wall 1 is attached to the support body 12.
A guide wall 16 with an upwardly expanding slope is provided to guide the heat-sensitive rod 15 to the heat-sensitive rod 15, and when the plate 14 is placed, the temperature-transfer wall 13 is not positioned directly above the heat-sensitive rod 15, but is slightly shifted to the left and right. Also, the temperature transfer wall is in contact with the guide wall 16 of the support body 12 and guided by the inclined surface, so that it can be set correctly. With the above configuration, when placing the plate 14,
The temperature transfer wall 13 is guided by the guide wall 16 and the heat-sensitive rod 1
It is set so that it is in contact with 5. Therefore plate 1
The work of placing the plate 14 is simplified, and there is no need to rotate and align the plate 14 after placement, so no unpleasant noise is generated. Furthermore, there is no damage to the heat-sensitive rod due to rotation of the plate 14, and a decrease in temperature detection performance can be prevented.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention provides a support made of a heat-resistant material for connecting a heater terminal and a plug with an inclined guide wall that guides the temperature transfer wall to the heat-sensitive rod, thereby making it possible to connect the plate. When placed with a slight deviation, the temperature transfer wall hits the guide wall and is set in the correct position. With this,
The plate can be placed easily. Furthermore, since the plate does not rotate with the plate placed thereon, no unpleasant noise is generated, the heat-sensitive rod is not damaged due to contact with the guide wall, and good temperature detection can be maintained.
