The purpose of this invention is to provide a simple and economical automatic signal device for installation in such locations, thereby playing a role in preventing traffic accidents.

The figure is an explanatory diagram of the former two, and FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram of the latter. In each figure, A, B, C, and D are the corners of the intersection, ■ is the pillar of the signal light 2, 3 is the transmitter (light projector or wave transmitter), 4 is the receiver (light receiver or receiver), and 5 is the The mud switch and arrows a, b, c, and d indicate the direction of travel of the vehicle or pedestrian. Also, Figure 3 shows the coil spring 6 of the mud switch 5.
In one example using
and a conductor 11 to a power source (12 in FIG. 4). A leaf spring may be used instead of a coil spring, and it goes without saying that it must have a high load capacity. 3. When a car or pedestrian reaches between the transmitters 3 and 4 or on the mud switch 5, respectively.
By the action of switch 4 or 5, a signal circuit as shown in Fig. 4 is activated, and the signal light 2 for proceeding (blue) and stopping (red) is activated.
is lit. The signal activation time is regulated by a timer.
