Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a large number of insulation blocks in which a required number of rectangular insulation materials having a predetermined size are grouped together on the upper surface of a deck of a circular floating roof. The blocks are laid out parallel to each other to form an edge insulation block located near the periphery of the circular deck, and an intermediate insulation block that is rectangular when viewed from the plane. , Part or all of the constituent insulation material of each edge insulation material block is a triangular insulation material that is sequentially cut to approximately match a part of the circumference of the deck and has an acute corner at the tip. In a floating roof type tank in which a triangle-shaped insulation material of each edge insulation material block is formed, the acute corner part of the triangular insulation material of each edge insulation material block is cut off at a required part according to the angle, and a cut end of a predetermined length is obtained. A waterproof sheet for the top surface made of a synthetic resin-coated metal plate is placed on the top surface of each edge insulation material block, leaving only the periphery of the top surface of the block. , made of a synthetic resin-coated metal plate, with a cross section approximately A strip-shaped side tarpaulin sheet is placed over the cut ends of the triangular insulation of the block, except for the cut ends of the triangular insulation of the edge insulation block.
A corner member made of a waterproof sheet made of a synthetic resin-coated metal plate is covered, and the corner member is provided along the upper horizontal part of the sector-shaped part and the arcuate edge of this part when viewed from a plane having the required angle. It is composed of a vertical part and a lower horizontal part that comes into contact with the top surface of the deck, and has an approximately one-shaped cross section, and the cut end of the triangular insulation material of the edge insulation material block is the opening of the corner member. When viewed from the plane of the corner member, a waterproof sheet for the upper surface is housed so as to span both ends of the circular arc-shaped vertical portion, and covers the upper surface of the edge insulation material block. The upper horizontal parts of the covering band-shaped side waterproof sheets are placed abutting against each other with a predetermined gap between them, and a stretchable connecting sheet is passed across this gap to connect the connecting sheets. The edge is joined to the side edge of the top waterproof sheet and the connecting side edge of the side waterproof sheet, and the connecting side edge of the strip-shaped side waterproof sheet is attached to both connecting side ends of the corner member. The parts are arranged abuttingly with a predetermined gap between them, and a stretchable band-shaped connecting sheet is passed across this gap so that the edges of the connecting sheet meet the connecting end of the corner member and the band-shaped side surface. The gist of this invention is an insulation and waterproofing device for a floating roof in a floating roof tank, which is characterized by being joined to the connecting end of a waterproof sheet.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention has a structure in which a required number of rectangular insulating materials having a predetermined size are grouped together to form a large number of insulating material blocks on the upper surface of a deck of a circular floating roof, and the blocks are mutually arranged. Edge insulation blocks are laid out parallel to each other and are located near the periphery of the circular deck;
A middle section insulation material block is formed which is rectangular when viewed from the plane, and a part or all of the constituent insulation material of each edge insulation material block is sequentially cut to approximately correspond to a part of the circumference of the deck. In a floating roof tank in which triangular insulation is formed with an acute corner at the tip, the acute corner of the triangular insulation of each edge insulation block is at that angle. Accordingly, a cut end portion of a predetermined length is formed by cutting off a predetermined length, and a waterproof sheet for the top surface made of a synthetic resin-coated metal plate is placed on the top surface of each edge insulation material block around the top surface of the block. At the same time, on the side circumferential surface of the block, there is an upper horizontal portion that is made of a synthetic resin-coated metal plate and covers the upper peripheral edge of the block, a vertical portion that covers the side surface of the block, and an upper portion that touches the upper surface of the deck. A strip-shaped side waterproof sheet with a cross section of approximately t, which is made up of the lower horizontal part in contact with the block, is placed over the triangular insulating material of the same block except for the cut ends, and the triangular insulating material of the edge insulating material block A corner member made of a waterproof sheet made of a synthetic resin-coated metal plate is placed over the cut end of the corner member. It consists of a vertical part provided along the edge and a lower horizontal part that comes into contact with the top surface of the deck, and has an approximately 1-shaped cross section. A periphery of a top waterproof sheet that covers the top surface of the edge insulation block, the end of which is housed inside the opening of the corner member so as to span both ends of the arc-shaped vertical portion when viewed from the plane of the corner member. and the upper horizontal part of the strip-shaped side waterproof sheet covering the same side surface are arranged abuttingly with a predetermined gap between them, and a stretchable strip-shaped connecting sheet is passed across this gap. The edge of the connecting sheet is joined to the side edge of the top waterproof sheet and the connecting side edge of the side waterproof sheet, and the strip-shaped side waterproof sheet is attached to both connecting side ends of the corner member. The connecting side ends of the sheets are arranged abuttingly with a predetermined gap between them, and a stretchable belt-shaped connecting sheet is passed across this gap so that the edge of the connecting sheet meets the connecting side edge of the corner member. and the connecting side end of the strip-shaped side waterproof sheet, so that the acute angle of the triangular insulation material of each edge insulation material block is Since the corner portion is cut off at a required portion according to its angle to form a cut end portion of a predetermined length, one type of corner member can be placed over the cut end portion of the triangular insulation material. Depending on the circumferential position of the deck, the angle of the acute corner of the triangular insulation of the edge insulation block may vary depending on the circumferential position of the deck. Both the cutting of the connecting end and the cutting off of the lower horizontal part of the corner member for acute angles can be done by cutting the plate material.

Therefore, only one type of corner member can be used to accommodate various angles of the sharp corners of the edge insulation block, making it very easy to manufacture the corner member and reducing material pick-up. Since there is no possibility of mistakes occurring in the drawing or processing of the steel plate, and only one type of corner member is used, storage and management of the corner members is extremely simple.

In addition, corner members can be quickly aligned on-site, significantly reducing on-site work time, and there is no need to worry about using corner members at mismatched angles, which greatly improves insulation and waterproofing of floating roofs. This has the effect that it can be carried out efficiently and reliably.
