Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit folding hand bags to be formed completely mechanically and automatically from a single sheet by a method wherein a folded bottom part is provided in the center of a thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet, an opening part of the bag is formed consisting of a single sheet made up of the overlapped sheets having their ends heat bonded, this opening part is reinforced and grip members are attached to the reinforced part. CONSTITUTION:The plastic film sheet 1 having its surface printed is folded in half and then given another fold to form a gusset bottom part 2. Thick strip-like boards 3 almost the same in width as a bottom plate 6 are thermally or adhesively attached temporarily to both edges of the sheet 1. The thick boards 3 are rolled over together with the ends of the sheet 1 to form a reinforced opening part 4. The bottom plate 6 consisting of a thick paper is first spot fused to one side face 5 of the folded gusset bottom part 2 and then securely attached thereto by a fusing part 7. After the superfluous parts 8 of the gusset bottom part 2 are thermally cut off, both edges 9 of the folded sheet 1 are thermally bonded together. Grip-mounting holes 10 are formed in the edge of the reinforced opening part 4 and the existing grip members 11 are fitted into the holes 10 therein.

In the specification of Japanese Patent Application No. 1-155004, the applicant has completed the developed view of Fig. 5 and Fig. As shown in the figure, a folded bottom part 27 is formed in the center of the thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet piece,
A bottom plate 26 is fixed to this bottom part 27 so as to be expandable, and a fused part 22.23 is formed at the end of the sheet piece to form a bag body 21 made of folded plastic sheets and an opening 24 of this bag body. A foldable carrying bag 30 made of a single sheet with a carrying member 25 fused is proposed.

Compared to previous carrier bags, this carrier bag simplifies the processing process for the raw material sheets, allowing for complete mechanization and automation. The bag is set in the lid, which simplifies the preparation process for use. It is as convenient to store and transport as conventional bags. The flat surface of the bag makes it easy to apply printing, and the function of the bag is improved. It is possible to achieve effects such as increasing the number of people.

However, this carrier bag has a structure in which the carrier member is prepared and attached separately from the bag body, and the carrier member 25 is attached separately.
For this reason, it is necessary to separately prepare a relatively thick synthetic resin material punched out with a mold. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare a mold for each bag size and purpose for which the bag will be used. This is an impediment to reducing the cost of producing this type of carrier bag.

The problem to be solved by the present invention is to find a means for solving the problem of attaching the carrying member in the carrying bag made from the single sheet disclosed above and making it possible to streamline the entire production process. [Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention provides a bag body made of a single sheet made by providing a folded bottom part in the center of a thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet piece and fusing the ends of overlapping sheet pieces; A folding carrier bag comprising a carrying member attached to an opening of the main body, and the folded bottom part has a bottom plate fixed to one inner side of the folded bottom part. It is characterized in that it is reinforced and the handbag member is attached to the reinforced portion.

By changing the starting material for the bag body from the conventional chinibu-shaped material to a sheet material, bending, fusing, and fusing become easier, and most of the processes can be automated. Furthermore, multicolor printing on the surface of the bag is also possible. , the function as a promotional product can be further enhanced.

Furthermore, the opening of the bag body can be created in a series of molding processes for the bag body, so even if a process to strengthen this opening is included, it can be created separately and welded according to the bag body. Compared to the bag disclosed in the above-mentioned application, the number of steps is increased and the cost does not increase.
