(Effects of the Invention) The yarn splicing machine of the spinning machine of the present invention has an upper yarn conveying means for sucking the yarn spun from the spinning device as the upper yarn and conveying it to the yarn splicing device, and a yarn splicing device for the package during winding. In a spinning machine equipped with a yarn splicing machine comprising a bobbin thread conveying means that sucks the yarn as a bobbin thread and conveys it to the yarn splicing device, the yarn splicing device is moved to an upper yarn path regulating guide position D in the yarn splicing device. The yarn path DE between the and lower yarn path regulation guide position E is a line segment connecting the traversing fulcrum position A and the position C where the upper thread conveying means conveys the yarn to the yarn splicing device.
AC and a line segment AB connecting the traverse fulcrum position A and the position B where the yarn is wound around the drum of the winding device,
And, the extension line of the yarn path DE in the yarn splicing device on the side of the upper yarn path regulation guide position D intersects the line segment AB, and the extension line of the side of the lower yarn path regulation guide position E does not intersect with the line segment AC. At the same time, a thread introduction switching guide is installed near the upper thread path regulation guide, and the upper thread guide groove is covered by the thread introduction switching guide. The thread paths F, D,
E and B, and then, with the lower thread guide groove covered by the thread introduction switching guide, the upper thread is moved through the upper thread guide groove by the upper thread conveying means to pass through the upper thread guide groove. , D, E, and C, the yarn splicing device is immediately activated to splice the yarns, so the threads come into contact with each other outside the splicing operation section, and the feathers of the yarns become entangled, causing the upper thread to become tangled. The threads can be spliced reliably without stopping the running of the thread or moving the lower thread downward together with the upper thread.
