合させたから、かつ小径筒部16下端の筒状ピス
トン17はシリンダ3上端よりも上方に位置する
よう設けたから、更に収納筒部内の液体減少によ
る負圧化は、閉塞部材26の下降で解消するよう
設けたから、摺動部材が付勢により下限位置から
上方へ移動するに際して、まず吐出弁20が閉じ
