トを行うフランジ取付部テスト治具であつて、前
記テスト対象フランジに締結可能な相フランジと
該相フランジにその軸中心に沿つて延びて設けら
れ前記管体内部に挿入可能なシヤンクとから構成
されてなり、前記シヤンクは、前記管体内径より
も細い外径を有すると共に、前記管体内部に挿入
された状態で先端部に形成されたシール部が前記
取付部位置より奥まで到達し得る長さを有した構
成のテストカバーと、前記シヤンクの先端部のシ
ール部に装着されて管体内周面に密着可能なシー
ル部材と、前記シール部先端に装着されて前記シ
ール部材を押圧するシール部材押さえ部材と、を
含んで構成され、前記テストカバーに、前記管体
とテスト対象フランジとテストカバーとにより形
成される密閉空間に加圧流体を注入するため圧力
注入口を形成したことを特徴とするフランジ取付
