Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent transmission of an incomplete document such as non- description or mis-description by discriminating whether or not a prescribed description such as required characters and graphs is made to a prescribed part of a routine document or the like. CONSTITUTION:A condition setting section 1 outputs a routine form signal 1a to a collation section 2 when a sent document has a routine form used for a document or the like and outputs a non-routine form signal 1b to a transmission enable section 3 when the sent document had a non-routine form. Then a reader 4 reads the document and gives a transmission data 4a to the collation section 2 and the transmission enable section 3, and upon the receipt of the routine form signal 1a, when character and graphs or the like are all described to a prescribed part, the collation section 2 outputs the transmission enable signal 2a to the transmission enable section 3 and outputs a transmission disable signal 2b to an alarm section 5 when any undescribed part exists. Upon the receipt of the transmission enable signal 2a or the non-routine form signal 1b, the transmission enable section 3 outputs the transmission data 4a. Thus, the transmission of an incomplete document such as non-description or mis-description is prevented.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to a facsimile machine, and particularly to a facsimile machine that transmits a large number of forms.

Conventional facsimile machines transmit the contents of documents read by a reader as they are.

[Problem to be solved by the invention]

The conventional facsimile machine described above does not have a function to check even if the transmission data of the form to be transmitted is incomplete due to omissions or the like, so there is a problem in that the facsimile machine sends the form as is.

FIG. 1 is a block diagram of one embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the condition setting unit 1 first sets whether the document to be transmitted is in a fixed format such as a form. If the document is in a fixed format, the fixed format of the document is input and the fixed format data is outputted to the matching section 2 as a fixed format signal 1a. If the document is in an amorphous form, an amorphous signal 1b indicating only that it is an amorphous form is output to the transmission permission section 3.Next, by having the reading device 4 read the document, the transmission data 4a is read by the collation section 2 and the document. It is input to the transmission permission section 3.

Only when the fixed form signal 1a is input, the collation section 2 refers to whether there is a character, figure, etc. in a predetermined part, and outputs a transmission permission signal 2a to the transmission permission section 3 if all the characters are filled in. If there is a blank section, a transmission prohibition signal 2b is output to the alarm section 5.

The transmission permission section 3 outputs the input transmission data 4a as is only when the transmission permission signal 2a is input or the amorphous signal 1b is input.

As explained above, the present invention enables transmission of incomplete documents such as blanks or errors by determining whether or not predetermined descriptions such as necessary characters, figures, etc. It has the effect of preventing this from happening.

[Claims] a condition setting unit that sets a fixed format for a document to be transmitted; a reading device that reads the document and creates document data;
a collation unit that outputs a transmittable signal when conditions determined by the document data and fixed format data set by the condition setting unit are satisfied; and a transmitter that outputs the document data based on the transmittable signal.
