洗浄水と、流量調節弁3を通過する少量の洗浄水を合わ
せた洗浄水が便器へ供給される。この時、開閉弁2を通
過する洗浄水は開閉弁2及びバイパス流路15の構造に
よっである程度一定であり、この開閉弁2を通過する洗
浄水の流量が便器洗浄にとって最適な流量より少量とな
るように予め設定されている。そして流量の不足分は圧
力センサ4の出力に基づき流量調節弁3を作動させて流
量調節弁3を通過する小流量を調節することにより、便
器へ供給される洗浄水が最適な所定流量になるように調
節される。
