Abstract

PURPOSE:To automate the assembly process by forming those terminals of contact pieces where an AC cord set is not connected, in single piece construction by resin molding of the inlet body, and arranging this terminal and the insulation wall of a cylindrical or square cavity in line with each other. CONSTITUTION:Contact pieces 12-14 are embedded in a resin 11 of inlet body. Those terminals 121, 131, 141 of contact pieces 12-14 which are situated on the side where an AC cord set is not connected, are molded in resin 11 in cylindrical or square form. るので、ACコードセットが接続されない側の端子の形
状に合わせてコネクタを作成する事により、からげ半田
付けや絶縁を行う事なくハーネスを組立てすることがで
きるという効果がある。また、コネクタ自身の組立ては
自動化できるため、ハーネスを自動生産できるという効
果もある。
