Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent dew condensation or rusting during storage and the like of laminated sheets by providing as cushioning materials for a pile of laminated sheets an air cap sheet of a resin and a corrugated board of a resin, the former for the top of the pile of laminated sheets and the latter for the corners, and by packing the pile of laminated sheets in a shrink film. CONSTITUTION:For the top of a pile of laminated sheets 1 an air cap sheet 4 of a resin is used as a cushioning material. For the corners corrugated boards 5 of a resin are provided each as a cushioning material. A shrink film 5 is used as a packing material. Various resins, an example being polyethylene, are useful for the air cap sheet 4, and resins, such as polypropylene, are useful for the corrugated board 5. Therefore, a cushioning effect is ensured for the packing of laminated sheets and impacts from external sources or caused by bumping down and the like are prevented from damaging the laminated sheets. Since no moisture comes out when packing is done in shrink film, changes of the temperature or humidity do not cause dew condensation.

(Prior Art) Conventionally, in order to store or transport metal-clad laminates useful for printed wiring boards, etc., for example, as shown in Fig. 2, cardboard boxes, etc., have been placed on top of the stacked laminates (A). A paper cap-shaped cushion (a) is placed, and a cardboard corner cushion (a) is placed at the corner of the cushion, and the pallet (1) loaded with the laminate board (a) is shrunk. Packed with film (e).

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, although this conventional packaging method is simple, depending on the temperature and humidity, especially in winter, the hat may be attached to the laminate under the hat-shaped cushion (A). The problem was that moisture from the paper material of the mold cushion (a) and the corner cushion (t) condensed, causing rust on the laminate.
