    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 池内に溜まるスカムを水面を境に出没する堰を
    越えて水とともにトラフ内に導き入れて池外に排
    除するスカム除去装置において、前記堰は、内部
    に空間を有し上下に伸び縮みする軟弾性質で長手
    状の材料で作製されているとともに、同堰には、
    流体を供給する手段が接続されていることを特徴
    とするスカム除去装置。
