御する液晶調光シートにおいて、前記一対の透明
フイルムを平行に偏倚させて、それぞれの透明電
極を反対側に露出させるとともに、該露出部に突
出部を有する導電部材を重ね合わせた状態で、接
着剤付きテープを導電部材と透明電極に接着させ
ることにより透明電極に導電部材を接着するよう
