【考案の詳細な説明】 「考案の目的」 本考案は大径管水圧試験装置の考案に係り、作
業者が管内に出入し得る程度の比較的大径の被接
続管間の管体継手部の如きにおいてその耐水圧シ
ール特性を構成および取扱い操作の簡易な機構に
よつて高い水圧条件を含む実際の使用条件に即し
た試験を的確に実施し得る機構を得ようとするも
のである。

ものであり、閉塞板の周側と管体内面との間には
パツキング材が用いられてシールされる。

することが必ずしも容易でなく、更にそれら閉塞
板の間に対する注排水の量も大径管の場合におい
ては相当の大量とならざるを得ないのでそれらの
操作は煩雑で工数が嵩むこととなる。

面には接合ラインを多段に形成し、上記した短管
部体の下部および両側にのみ夫々管体に芯合わせ
してセツトするための踏圧部を配設したことを特
徴とする大径管水圧試験装置である。

ように成つており、又該パツキング3の管体接合
面3aにはそのシール作用を確保するために鋸歯
状突部が接合ライン3dとして多段に段設されて
いる。

される。パツキング3の管体接合面3aは両側部
3bより充分な厚さとされているのでその内腔1
3に給気し両側部3bが伸長した条件下において
も管体10aの内面に安定なシールを維持する。
試験のための必要流体量も僅少であつて、簡易迅
速に的確な試験結果を得ることができる。

実施せしめ、勿論被試験体に対する加工も不要で
試験のための必要水量も少ないと共に大径管とし
ての実際の使用条件に即した高圧な試験を有効に
実施し得るなどの作用効果を共に有しており、実
用上その効果の大きい考案である。
