るが、メータの検針に際し断熱板や中蓋を一々取
外して行うため手数がかかるという問題がある。

に断熱板を一々取外す手間を省くことができ、断
熱板上に突出した覗きパイプによつて断熱板上の
ごみ等が量水器上に落下するのを防ぐことができ
るようにし、さらに、筐体に侵入した冷気が透明
蓋によつて覗きパイプの上端から量水器側に導入
されないようにするとともに空間部を介して固定
された上下の透明蓋で外気と覗きパイプ内との温
度差によつて透明蓋が曇らないようにしようとす
るものである。
