Abstract

PURPOSE:To enlarge the service area of preset reception by simultaneously storing the frequency of a station which is to be preset and the frequency of a station having the same broadcasting content with the station to be preset in a preset memory. CONSTITUTION:The tuner T1 of a first receiver is tuned to the frequency of the desired station which is to be preset. During that time, the tuning frequency of a tuner T2 in a second receiver is sweeped by an instruction signal f2 from a microcomputer MC. When there is a reception station, the reception signal is detected in a detector D2 and the output waveform is compared with the output waveform of a detector D1 in the first receiver in an audio signal comparison part COMP. Thus, a network operation in which the reception station by the second receiver at that time is set to be a network station is executed when the output waveforms from both receivers are detected to be the same, and the frequency of the network station is stored in the preset memory PM.

The present invention was made to solve such problems,
When you press a preset button to memorize the frequency (write frequency) to the preset memory, it is necessary to use only the frequency of the A station (or the B station with the same broadcast content as the A station (see Figure 3)).
By storing this frequency in the preset memory, when the vehicle moves to point Y and presses the preset button to call the preset, it will receive the same broadcast content as station B (i.e., a network station). This makes it possible to expand the service area for preset reception. In FIG. 3, it is assumed that the shaded area B on the right is the service area of the station B.

In order to solve this problem, according to the present invention, when performing a preset operation, a station with the same broadcast content as the station to which the preset is to be performed is found, and the same broadcast content as the station to which the preset is to be performed is found, along with the frequency of the station to which the preset is to be performed. A preset reception method is provided in which the frequency of the station of interest is also stored at the same time.

According to the above configuration, the frequency of the station for which the preset is to be performed (i.e., the tuning side) and the frequency of the station (i.e., the network station) with the same broadcast content as the station for which the preset is to be performed are simultaneously stored in the preset memory, thereby making the preset possible. Reception is based on network reception specifications, and the service area can be expanded.

When a preset button provided on the receiver is pressed for a predetermined time (seconds) or more, the preset memory (frequency writing) of the reception frequency at that time is performed, and when the preset button is pressed for less than t seconds. The preset is recalled.

First, when performing preset memory, in step 1 of FIG. 1(a), tune the chinnina T1 of the first receiver shown in FIG. 2 to the frequency of the desired station to be preset, and then in step 2, as described above. As shown above, press the specified preset button for t seconds. During the network operation shown in step 3, the tuning frequency of the tuner T2 of the second receiver shown in FIG. 2 is swept by the instruction signal f2 from the micro combinator MC. The received signal is detected by the detector D2, and its output waveform is compared with the output waveform of the detector D1 of the first receiver and the audio signal comparison unit CDMP.
As a result, if it is detected that the output waveform from the second receiver is the same as the output waveform from the first receiver, the waveforms are compared by the second receiver at that time. A network where the receiving station is a network station
In the next step 4, the tuning side (for example, station A) in the first receiver and the network station (for example, station B) with the same broadcast content as the tuning side (for example, station B, but two or more stations) Note preset frequencies for all those network stations) if there is one! Store it in J-PM. Note that in FIG. 2, ANT indicates an antenna.

Next, when calling the preset, as shown in Figure 1 (b)
When the preset button is pressed within t seconds at the start of the process, first in step 5, the preset station A is called in the first receiver by an instruction signal f1 from the microcomputer MC. Then, in step 6, it is determined whether or not the preset station A is being received by the signal level SL from the first receiver.
If the judgment is YES, the process proceeds to step 7 and reception is performed to the preset station, and if the result is NO, the process proceeds to step 8 and the first receiver receives the preset station by the instruction signal f1 from the microcomputer MC. B

Then, in step 9, it is determined whether or not the preset station B is being received by the signal level S from the first receiver.
If YES, the process proceeds to step 10 to receive the preset station B, and if NO, the process proceeds to step 11 to send the first receiver to the preset that was initially called by the instruction signal f1. Make it ready to receive station A and stand by.

If there are three or more preset stations, calling the preset station and determining whether or not the station is receiving is repeated from step 9 onwards, and if reception cannot be received from any of the stations, the call to the preset station is repeated. Then, as shown in step 11 described above, the preset station A is placed in a ready state and stands by. Note that in FIG. 2, AMP represents an amplifier and SP represents a speaker.
