Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a surface plate from being removed by devilment by providing the first engaging piece for pressing a pin in a case side and the second engaging piece engaged with the pin and displaced in a non-engaging position relating to the pin pressed elastically deformed by artificial operation. CONSTITUTION:A surface plate 3 is pulled to a case 1 by engaging the first engaging piece 6 with a pin 4 and mounted to the case 1 by fitting the pin 4 into a fitting hole 7a. When the mounted surface plate 3 is pried opened by devilment, engagement of the first engaging piece 6 with the pin 4 is released. However, engagement of the pin 4 with the second engaging piece 7 is held, so that the surface plate 3 can not be removed only by operation of prying the surface plate 3 opened. In this way, obstruction of utilizing an elevator, generated by removing the surface plate 3 by devilment, can be decreased.
