【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、従来のこの種の脱毛装置では、効果的な且つ痛
みの少ない脱毛ができなかった。つまり、脱毛すべき体
毛は部位によって、あるいは人によって長さが異なって
いるのであるが、毛が長い場合、従来のものでは、毛の
先端のみを挟み込んで引き抜こうとする事態が頻繁に生
じてしまうものであリ、そしてこのような時には毛が引
っ張られるだけで実際に引き抜かれることがなく、従っ
て単に引っ張られることで痛みが生じるだけとなること
が多々あった。
また、脱毛にあたっては、円板の間の隙間やコイルスプ
リングの隙間に毛が入らなくてはならないわけであるが
、長い毛や寝ている毛、あるいは絡まった毛は、上記隙
間に入りにくく、この点においても脱毛効率が悪い。
本発明はこのような点に鑑み為されたものであり、その
目的とするところは確実に脱毛することができて脱毛効
率に優れる上に、無駄な痛みを生じることもない脱毛装

本発明によれば、肌当て部材によって設定された長さに
トリマーが毛を切断するものであり、そして長さが揃え
られるとともに櫛歯状の固定刃によって整えられた状態
で毛が脱毛手段によって脱毛されるために、長い毛の先
端が脱毛手段で引っ張られてしまうというような事態を
招くことがないものである。
[実施例コ
以下本発明を図示の実施例に基づいて詳述すると、この
脱毛装置は、モータ11を内蔵する本体1と、脱毛手段
を内蔵する脱毛ブロック2、そしてトリマー4とからな
るもので、本体lは二つ割りのハウジング10内に上記
モータ11を配置するとともに、電源ジャック14とス
イッチ15、そしてモータ11の出力軸に取り付けたと
ニオ°ン12と噛合する中間ギア13を設けたものとし
て形成されている。19は電源コードである。
脱毛ブロック2は、本体1から突設されたフック16.
16との係合部を有しているハウジング20と、このハ
ウジング20に取り付けられた一対のキャップ21.2

脱毛手段を構成する上記円板31.32は、通常は弾性
体29による付勢で互いに間隔を保っているものの、軸
23の回転に伴って上記キー26がカム板27による押
圧で軸方向移動を行う時、キー26に形成された突起2
8が各円板32を押して傾けることで円板31の周方向
一部に円板32の周方向一部を接触させるようになって
いる。
今、キー26が脱毛ブロック2におけるハウジング20
の開口部と反対側に位置する時には、第3図に示すよう
に、円板31と円板32とは所要の間隔を保っているな
めに、この間に毛9を導入することができ、そして軸2
3の回転に伴ってキー26が上記開口部側にきた時には
、カム板27によるキー26の移動で円板31に円板3
2が接触して、毛9を挟み込むものであり、円板31゜
32がこの状態でしばし回転を続けるために、毛9の引
き抜きがなされるものであって、その後、円板31と円
板32とが開くために、引き抜かれた毛9は回転に伴う
遠心力で外部に放り出される。
一方、トリマー4は、脱毛手段で引き抜くことになる毛
を予め短く切り揃えるために、脱毛に際して本体1を動
かす方向の前方側となるところに設けられたもので、本
体1に対してスライド自在に取り付けられた固定刃41
と、この固定刃41に押えばね44を介して取り付けら
れた可動刃42と、固定刃41に設けられて本体1の表
面に露出するハンドル40と、可動刃42に取り付けら
れた駆動子43とからなるものとして形成されている。
そして上記駆動子43は、支持板25の外周面に形成さ
れた環状で且つ軸23の軸方向に変位している凸リブ2
5aと係合して、支持板25の回転に伴って、可動刃4
2に往復動を行わせるものであり、この往復動により、
固定刃41の櫛歯状の刃部と、可動刃42の櫛歯状刃部
の間で毛9の切断がなされる。
もっとも、このトリマー9は、長い毛9や寝ている毛9
を起こして脱毛手段への毛9の導入効率を高めるととも
に、脱毛手段による毛9の引き抜きがその根元から確実
に行えるようにするためのもの、つまり長い毛9の先端
を脱毛手段が挟み込んで引っ張る場合のように単に痛み
を感するだけで毛9の引き抜きがなされない事態が生じ
るのを防ぐのが主目的であるために、固定刃41の先端
と可動刃42の先端との間の距離が大きくされていて、
このトリマー9によって切断された毛9の長さが脱毛手
段による毛9の引き抜きに適した長さく1〜6zz)と
なるようにされている。
第7図は支持板25に設けた可動刃42駆動用の凸リブ
25aの変位周期を小さくして、支持板25の一回転で
可動刃42の往復動が複数回なされるようにすることで
、トリマー4の切断効率を高めたものを示している。
尚、ハンドル40の操作で固定刃41を引き上げれば、
第8図に示すように、可動刃42も同時に引き上げられ
ると同時に駆動子43が凸リブ25aから外れるために
、長い毛9や寝た毛9がないような時には、トリマー4
による毛9の切断を行わないようにすることもできる。
第9図〜第11図は、トリマー4を脱毛ブロック2に着
脱自在とされたキャップ5に設けた実施例を示している
。図中50は固定刃41と可動刃42とを外部に導出す
るための開口部である。第10図に示すように、キャッ
プ5に脱毛手段が臨む開口部51を設けてもよい。
以上の実施例においては、トリマー4における切断領域
を肌から離すための肌当て部材を櫛歯状固定刃41自体
が構成するようになっているものを示したが、この場合
