Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案は、メリーゴーラウンド方式と呼ばれる
立体倉庫における自動車の搬出入などに使用され
る可動床装置に関するものである。

倉庫について従来例を説明すると、第6図に示す

cを配設し、固定床cによつて前側ケージa1に自
動車を自走で乗り込ませ、また、前側ケージa1
下側にローラー架台dを設けるとともに、奥側ケ
ージa2の下側に昇降用リフトeを配設して、奥側
ケージa2上のパレツトpを昇降用リフトeで浮き
上らせて搬送装置fでワイヤなどを介しローラー
架台d上に滑り移動させて鎖線で示す位置とし、
自動車を自走で鎖線位置のパレツト上へ乗り込ま
せ、搬送装置fによつてパレツトpとともに同自
動車を奥側ケージa2内へ移動し、昇降用リフトe
でパレツトpを奥側ケージa2上に降して自動車を
搬入するとともに、前記自動車の搬出は逆順序で
行われる搬出入装置が設けられている。

向する自動車の搬出入口に、基端部を枢着して先
端部を上下動可能に配設される可動床を設け、該
可動床の先端部下側に、上下駆動装置を介して上
下動自在に配設される床支持輪と、該床支持輪を
高い位置で支持する可動床上昇位置の高ストツパ
と前記可動床の先端部下側を直接支持する可動床
下降位置の低ストツパとを配設した構成に特徴を
有し、可動床の基端部を枢着し先端側を上下動可
能に配設し、同可動床の先端部下側を、上下駆動
される床支持輪で上下動および上昇位置に保持す
るとともに、ストツパで下降位置に保持せしめる
ことにより、搬出入床面の上下操作を可能にする
とともに、上下操作性能を高め搬出入性能を著し
く向上して前記のような問題点を解消した可動床
装置を提供するにある。

支持されている軸5に支持アーム6を固設し、該
支持アーム6の先端部に床支持輪7a,7bを装
着するとともに、ベース3上にブラケツトを介し
てピンなどで支持されるパワーシリンダからなる
上下駆動装置8を揺動可能に配設し、該上下駆動
装置8のピストンロツド端部を前記軸5にレバー
9等を介して連結し、上下駆動装置8でレバー9
を介して軸5を正、逆転し、該軸5の正、逆転に
よつて支持アーム6を揺動し床支持輪7a,7b
を上下動せしめる。さらに、前記床支持輪7bを
高い位置で支持する高ストツパ10bを設け、可
動床1の先端部下側に低ストツパ10aを配設し
て、該低ストツパ10aは可動床1の先端部下側
を低位置で直接的に保持する構成になつている。

7aのころがり支持によつて円滑に行われるとと
もに、上昇位置の可動床1の先端部は床支持輪7
bを介して高ストツパ10bで支持されるため、
可動床1上で重量物である自動車などを搬出入し
ても十分な支持力が得られ、上下駆動装置8など
に負荷がかからない。
