Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance the quality of a placed concrete by fixing an ultrasonic vibrator to the rear of a concrete form made of steel, and thereto applying ultrasonic vibration during concrete placing operation. CONSTITUTION:A concrete form 1 is made from frame boards 2 made of steel, and to its rear 3 a holddown bolt 4 is implanted. A holddown hole 6 in an ultrasonic vibrator 5 is screwed fast on this holddown bolt 4, connected to an ultrasonic signal transmitter 8 through cables 7, and coupled with a power plug 10. Via the frame board 2 high frequency vibration from this ultrasonic vibrator 5 is applied while the concrete C is placed into the form 1. Thereby surplus water and/or included air in the concrete is exhausted to prevent generation of crazing and/or cracks, and thus the quality of concrete surface can be enhanced.

填されているコンクリートを振動させ、コンクリートの
水とセメントとの化学反応を促進するとともに、余剰の
水分を排出する。またこの振動によりコンクリート中に
含まれていた空気も振動により排出されるのでアバタが
出来ない。
