Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency of suction and cleaning and to attain efficient cleaning by alternately using a solid detergent and a liq. detergent. CONSTITUTION:A suction pipe 3 is connected to one of overflows 4 and the others are blocked so as to prevent the inflow of air. A suction duct 6 is connected to a proper position of a drain duct 5, a dust remover 7 and a vacuum pump 8 are connected to the duct 6 and a dust discharge duct 10 is connected to the remover 7 through a dust discharge pump 11. At the time of cleaning, a solid detergent 1 and a liq. detergent 2 are alternately sucked from the suction pipe 3. The sucked detergent passes through the overflow 4, the drain duct 5 and the suction duct 6 to carry out cleaning and dust is removed with the dust remover 7. The dust and detergent are discharged into a sewer by the pump 11. Cleaning effect can be enhanced.

General houses and high-rise buildings have kitchens, bathrooms, hot water supply rooms, etc., and sewage passes through drains and drain pipes and is discharged to the outside, but depending on the period and frequency of use, it gradually accumulates in the drain pipes. Objects may stick to it and interfere with its functionality. Therefore, it is necessary to clean and wash the drain pipes regularly. Various methods are used for this cleaning, one of which is a mechanical cleaning method. This is a method of inserting a flexible wire into a pipe and rotating this wire with external power, but in the case of a winding 7 (in the case of Eve, the resistance increases and the effect is inevitably reduced) . Another method is the suction cleaning method. This method sucks air from one end of the pipe to be cleaned, generates high-speed turbulence inside the pipe, and then injects a cleaning agent (sand, ice particles, water, etc.) from the other end of the drain pipe to remove deposits inside the pipe. It is something. Unlike mechanical methods, there is no wire inserted into the pipe, so it can be used even with curved pipes. Cleaning is performed using each of the above methods, but in the case of suction cleaning,
The effectiveness varies depending on the cleaning agent used. In particular, it is desirable to use both solids and liquids in combination because of their different effects on deposits. Conventional suction cleaning mainly uses solid cleaning agents, and although it is highly effective in removing deposits inside pipes,
The action of pushing out the peeled matter is greater with liquid, and
Finally, it is necessary to flow a liquid such as water to confirm the cleaning effect. The present invention was invented in order to further improve the efficiency of the conventional suction cleaning described above, and was developed with the aim of providing a cleaning method that allows efficient cleaning and also allows confirmation of the cleaning effect. It is something that

In a method of cleaning the inner surface of a pipe, air is sucked from one end of the pipe to be cleaned using an air suction device, and the negative pressure generated by this suction causes the cleaning agent to be sucked in from the other end of the pipe to be cleaned and passed through the pipe. Alternate between solid and liquid cleaning products. The present invention is a method of cleaning the inner surface of a pipe using different types of cleaning agents according to the method described above.

Generally, dirt adheres to the inner surface of a drain pipe and obstructs the passage of wastewater. Therefore, the cleaning agent is passed through the pipe to remove it, but since solid cleaning agents are in the form of granules or small lumps,
It has the effect of peeling off the deposits inside the pipe from the pipe wall, but it has little power to expel the peeled matter outside the pipe). On the other hand, liquid detergents have a large discharge force but a small peeling force. The cleaning method according to the present invention alternately uses a solid cleaning agent and a liquid cleaning agent, so that it can exhibit the advantages of both, and can obtain a more effective cleaning effect than the conventional method. If the tip of the suction pipe is narrowed into a nozzle shape as in the embodiment described later, the initial speed of suction of the cleaning agent can be increased, making it easier to cope with the case where the pipe length is large.

Examples of the present invention will be described below. FIG. 1 is a connection system diagram showing an example of implementation of the present invention. In the figure, (1) is a solid cleaning agent, (2) is a liquid cleaning agent, (3) is a suction pipe, (4) is a drain port, and (5) is a drain pipe. To implement, first, connect the suction pipe (3) to the drain port (4).
and other drain ports are blocked to prevent air from entering. Next, connect the suction pipe (6) to the appropriate place of the drain pipe (5), and connect the dust remover (7) and vacuum pump (8) to the suction pipe (
6). The dust drain pipe (l) is
O) is connected via the dust drainage pump (11). The above preparations are completed and the cleaning work is started. For cleaning, apply the solid cleaning agent (1) from the suction pipe (3).
This is done by inhaling the and liquid cleaning agent (2) alternately. The suction pipe (3) used in the present invention has a suction part at the tip that is tapered into a nozzle shape, and the initial velocity during suction can be increased, so even relatively long pipes can be efficiently cleaned. . The inhaled cleaning agent flows through the drain (4), the drain pipe (5),
It passes through the suction pipe (6) for cleaning and dust removal equipment (7).
The dust and cleaning agent collected in the dust removing device are removed through the dust exhaust pipe (1
0) and is discharged into the sewer. The above is the implementation procedure, and next, an example of implementation will be shown. Place of implementation: Tomakomai Tamako company housing Method of implementation: ■The suction pipe was connected to the drain and other drains were blocked. ■Water was sucked in from the suction pipe for 1 minute (approximately 5ff) to check whether the drain pipe was clogged. ■ Approximately 3 kg of water crushed into approximately 2 cm pieces was inhaled through the suction tube for 7 minutes for cleaning. ■Similarly, Honsuri 10C was inhaled for 2 minutes, and the cleaning and cleaning results were examined. Results: As a result of visually inspecting the cleaning effect using an endoscope from one end of the drain pipe, the removal of deposits was found to be close to 100z.
