Abstract
Description
本発明は、建築物内の排水管内面を、異種の洗浄剤を交
互に通過させることにより洗浄するパイプ内面の洗浄法

従来より、排水管を洗浄するには機械的洗浄、高圧水に
よる洗浄、吸引洗浄、化学的洗浄なと種々の方法が利用
されており、それぞれに長所・短所を有しているが、本
発明に示すように、吸引ノズルより交互に異種の洗浄剤
を吸入・通過させる洗浄法は現在のところ見当たらない

次第に堆積物が付着し、その機能に支障をきたすことに
なる。そのため、定期的に排水管を掃除・洗浄すること
が必要になる。
この洗浄には種々の方法が使用されており、その一つに
機械的洗浄法がある。
これはフレキンプルワイヤーをパイプ内に挿入して、こ
のワイヤーを外部の動力で回転させる方法であるが、曲
がりくねった7(イブの場合は抵抗が大きくなってその
効果も減少せざるを得なし)。
他の方法としては、吸引洗浄法がある。
これは被洗浄管の一端から空気を吸引し、管内に高速の
乱気流を発生させ、排水管の他端から洗浄剤(砂、氷粒
、水など)を投入して管内堆積物の除去を行うものであ
る。
機械的方法と異なり、パイプ内にワイヤーを挿入するこ
とがないので、曲がりくねった7くイブでも利用可能で
ある。
以上の各々の方法により洗浄するが、吸引洗浄の場合、
使用する洗浄剤によりその効果が異なってくる。
特に固体と液体では堆積物に対する作用の違いから双方
を併用することが望ましい。
従来からの吸引洗浄は主に固体の洗浄剤を利用する場合
が多く、管内堆積物の剥離に対しての効果は大きいが、
その剥離物を押し出す作用は液体の方が大きく、また、
洗浄効果の確認においても最終的に水などの液体を流す
ことが必要となる。
本発明は、以上記した従来からの吸引洗浄の効率をさら
に高めるために発明されたもので、能率的に洗浄ができ
、併せて洗浄効果を確認できる洗浄法を提供することを

に狭めると洗浄剤の吸入初速を大きくできて管長の大な

実施にあたっては、まず、排水口(4)に吸入管(3)
を接続し、他の排水口は空気流入を防止するため閉塞す
る。
次に、排水管路(5)の適所に吸入管路(6)を接続し
、除塵装置(7)および真空ポンプ(8)を吸入管路(
6)に接続する。モして除塵装置にダスト排水管路(l
O)を、ダスト排水ポンプ(11)を介して接続する。
以上で準備が完了し、洗浄作業を行う。
洗浄にあたっては、吸入管(3)より固体洗浄剤(1)
と液体洗浄剤(2)を交互に吸入させて行う。
本発明にて使用する吸入管(3)は、先端の吸入部分は
ノズル状に細くなっており、吸入時の初速を大きくでき
るため、比較的長い管路ても効率的に洗浄することがで
きる。
吸入された洗浄剤は、排水口(4)、排水管路(5)、
吸入管路(6)を通過して洗浄を行い、除塵装置(7)
にて除塵され、洗浄剤とともに吸引された空気は排気口
(9)より排気されるが、除塵装置に溜まったダストと
洗浄剤は排出ポンプ(11)によりダスト排出管路(1
0)を通過して下水道に排出される。
以上が実施の手順であるが、次に実施の一例を示す。
実施場所:苫小牧玉子社宅
実施方法:
■吸入管を排水口に接続し、他の排水口を閉塞した。
■吸入管より水を1分間(約5ff)吸入させて、排水
管の詰まり具合を調べた。
■2cm程に砕いた水約3kgを7分間にわたり、吸入
管より吸入させて洗浄した。
■同様に本釣10Cを2分間吸入させ、洗浄および洗浄
