The present invention relates to a defroster nozzle.

【0002】0002

[Conventional technology]

In the instrument panel 1 at the front of the vehicle compartment shown in FIG. A defroster nozzle is installed on the bottom surface, and air passes through the defroster nozzle to the air outlet 2. The warm air blown from the evaporates the dew that adheres to the inner surface of the front windshield 3. or melt the frost/ice that has adhered to the outer surface of the front windshield 3. It looks like this.

0003 As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, such a conventional defroster nozzle introduces warm air. a defroster nozzle body 5a, and a defroster nozzle inside the defroster nozzle body 5a. Warm air is stored separately from the nozzle main body 5a and is blown out from the air blowing hole 2. A wind direction guide 4 is provided to guide the wind toward the windshield 3.

0004 Thus, the wind direction guide 4 has a front vertical wall 6 that is inclined toward the front A of the vehicle compartment as it goes toward the bottom. and a rear vertical wall 7 located at the rear B of the vehicle compartment from the front vertical wall 6 and substantially parallel to the front vertical wall 6. It also has a plurality of rectangular tubes 9 consisting of side walls 8 connecting the front vertical wall 6 and the rear vertical wall 7. These rectangular tubes 9 have a space between the side wall 8 of one rectangular tube 9 and the side wall 8 of the adjacent rectangular tube 9. are lined up at the required intervals, and each rectangular tube 9 has an opening from the top of the front vertical wall 6 to the passenger compartment. It extends to the front A, extends from the upper end of the rear vertical wall 7 to the rear B of the passenger compartment, and also extends from the upper end of the side wall 8. A flange that connects square tubes 9 by extending toward the upper ends of adjacent side walls 8. 10 is installed. In addition, the rectangular tube 9 is divided into three parts by two partition walls 11. It is divided into minutes.

[0005] Such a wind direction guide 4 has an inner surface at the upper end of the front vertical wall 6 located at the front A of the vehicle compartment where the air outlet 2 is located. The upper inner surface of the rear vertical wall 7 is located near the side edge of the vehicle compartment where the air outlet 2 is located. The instrument panel is inserted through the flange 10 so as to be located near the rear B side edge. It is welded to the back side of flannel 1.

[0006] The defroster nozzle body 5a is inclined toward the rear B of the vehicle compartment as it goes toward the bottom. The front vertical wall 12a is located at the rear B of the passenger compartment from the front vertical wall 12a, and as it goes toward the lower part, Therefore, the rear vertical wall 13 that slopes toward the front A of the vehicle compartment, the lower end of the front vertical wall 12a, and the rear It is composed of a bottom wall 14 that connects the lower end of the vertical wall 13, and a side wall 15. The front vertical wall 12 has an elongated box-like shape with an opening communicating with a hot air source (not shown). A flange 16 is formed from the upper end of a and extends toward the front A of the passenger compartment, and the rear vertical wall 1 A flange 17 is formed from the upper end of 3 and extends toward the rear B of the vehicle compartment.

[0007] The defroster nozzle main body 5a is configured such that the wind direction guide 4 is housed therein. It is welded to the back surface of the instrument panel 1 via flanges 16 and 17. Both the defroster nozzle body 5a and the wind direction guide 4 are made of plastic. It is.

[0008] In the defroster nozzle as described above, the heater (not shown) is connected to the defroster nozzle. The warm air sent into the main body 5a passes through the inside of the wind direction guide 4 and then passes through the air outlet 2. The air blows out from the front windshield 3, and as it rises inside the windshield 3, It evaporates dew that has adhered to the inner surface of the window glass 3, and melts frost and ice that have adhered to the outer surface. to ensure visibility.

[0009] However, in the conventional defroster nozzle, an example of which is shown in Fig. 4, the wind direction guide 4 is separate from the defroster nozzle body 5a, so the entire defroster nozzle The number of body parts has increased, and these parts are attached to the back of instrument panel 1. The problem arises that it takes a lot of time and effort.

0010 Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the wind direction guide shown in Fig. 4 was introduced as shown in Fig. 7. An example of a defroster nozzle can be considered in which the number of parts is reduced by omitting the door 4. sand That is, in the defroster nozzle shown in FIG. 7, the defroster nozzle main body 5b is The inner surface of the upper end is located near the edge of the front A side of the passenger compartment of the air blowing hole 2, and as it goes toward the lower part, It has a front vertical wall 12b that also serves as a wind direction guide and is inclined toward the front A of the vehicle interior. The rear vertical wall 13, bottom wall 14, and side surfaces (not shown) are provided with a defrost as shown in FIG. It has substantially the same configuration as the nozzle main body 5a.

【0011】[0011]

[Problem that the idea aims to solve]

In the defroster nozzle main body 5b shown in FIG. 7, the front vertical wall 12b and the bottom wall 14 are in contact. Since the connecting part protrudes toward the front A of the vehicle compartment, this part is used as the welding tool 24 during welding. It gets in the way and makes it impossible to weld the flange 16.

0012 In view of these circumstances, the present invention reduces the number of parts of the defroster nozzle, and also reduces the number of parts. This was done to enable secure installation of the Frosta nozzle body. Ru.
