ぞれ前後側壁板を前後辺端線より長く形成し、前
記各前後側壁板は箱底部から箱の高さ分だけ外方
に内折線を設定し、該内折線の外方へ細幅の縁枠
片を形成し、その外方に下内折線を境に各前後内
壁板を形成して内折線と下内折線を基点に前後の
内壁板を内折りし、前後側壁板を立ち上がらせる
と共に、前後における各内壁板と各側壁板の右端
縁部を右辺端線の延長上で内側へ直角に折り曲げ
て内折片を形成し、また前後における内壁板の左
端縁部も右辺同様に内側へ直角に折り曲げて内折
片を形成し、前後側壁板における左辺端線の延長
線より外方を一方は連結片、他方は外添片に形成
し、前記連結片の上端面には係合凹部を形成する
と共に前記縁枠片の長手両端縁部に嵌合孔を形成
して成り、前記左右側壁板は、それぞれ左右辺端
線と同じ長さに設定され、左右辺端線から箱の高
さ分だけ外方に内折線、その外方にそれぞれ前記
縁枠片と同じ幅の縁枠片、その外方へ下内折線を
介してそれぞれ左右内壁板を形成し、該両内壁板
の前後端縁部には、デルタ状の隅補強片を形成す
るため、前記左右辺端線から内壁板前後端面にか
けてそれぞれ切込線を形成すると共に内壁板の長
手中間部に仕切板の差込孔を形成して左右側壁板
を立ち上がらせると共に、下内折線を基点に内壁
板を内側へ折り曲げて前記内折片をそれぞれ左右
側壁板と内壁板間に挟持させ、前記各隅補強片は
箱上に水平に折り曲げて、前記縁枠片の嵌合孔と
