記基枠台1,1の係止板係合溝7に係合すると共
に、該中央部に穿設した透孔の裏面にボルト10
と螺合するナツト11を固着してなる。前記両枠
基台1,1の摺動溝6にはそれぞれ長手方向(矢

該各摺動子12,12に突設した円柱形係合突起

倒自在に嵌合してなるもので、該掛架板16の中
央部に穿設した透孔に挿通したボルト10をナツ
ト11と螺合し、係止板9と緊締して釣り込み固
設する構造になる。上記被覆板14は両縁部裏面
側に形成した側縁18の端縁部にパツキン19を
嵌合するパツキン嵌合溝20を形成すると共に、
該両パツキン19を枠基台1,1の摺動板部5面
に摺動自在に当接してなる。また符号21は対向
した前記基枠台1,1の水止板係合溝8,8にそ
れぞれ両縁部を嵌合固着した塩化ビニル樹脂等の
