Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce deterioration in physical property at heating and forming and to decrease a secular change in vibration and bending at application of a large input by impregnating a phenol group resin to a base cloth comprising phenol fibers and cotton fibers and forming the base cloth. CONSTITUTION:A damper 14 is manufactured in a way that its base cloth consists of a blend fiber yarn comprising phenol resin fibers 15 and cotton fibers 16. The yarn is impregnated with the phenol resin 17 and the yarn is heat-formed. The chemical structure of the phenol resins 17 and the phenol resin fiber 15 is similar to each other, fiber contact points are strongly bonded by a reaction expressed in the following equation at heat forming and an excellent performance against vibration or bending is provided. Thus, the speaker damper is realized, in which the strength retention against heat is high, an Fo change rate is less, the hysteresis characteristic is excellent and an excellent effect is provided as a large input speaker.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the conventional configuration described above, the cotton cloth 1 has poor heat resistance, and its physical properties deteriorate even during heat molding at around 200°C, making it unsuitable as a damper for an input-resistant speaker. It became. Moreover, since the cotton cloth 1 and the thermosetting resin 2 are not compatible with each other, they are separated from each other by vibration or bending, resulting in a problem in that the properties as a damper deteriorate.

The reason why the rate of change in Fo of the damper of the present invention is smaller than that of the conventional example is because the phenolic fiber 15 has a compatibility effect with the phenolic resin 17, which has good bonding properties between fibers and bonding properties at fiber contact points. This is the cause.
