Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce space when a disk is drawn in and out by providing a circular arc shape notched part at a partition plate formed between notched remainder parts provided at right and left terminals of the front edge part of an aperture part to which the disk is inserted. CONSTITUTION:Performance can be performed without bringing a magazine 96 at a playing position into contact with disks housed in upper and lower parts as housing part of the disk in the magazine by providing the notched remainder parts 6, 7 provided at the right and left terminal parts of the front edge part of the aperture part to which the disk is inserted, and an insertion slot formed by laminating the partition plate 5 provided with the circular arc shape notched part 8 formed between the notched remainder parts at constant interval. Description

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a disc magazine suitable for downsizing of vehicle-mounted disc autochangers and the like.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In recent years, disc magazines have become popular as in-vehicle disc magazines.

A conventional disk magazine will be explained below.

As shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, the opening surface of the case body 1 is provided with an insertion slot 2 formed by forming a taper 3a on the front edge and stacking partition plates 3 at regular intervals.

Numeral 4 is a disk guide groove that guides the insertion of the disk that has passed between the partition plates 3 and holds it at a constant interval.

Although the inserted disk is not shown, a leaf spring or the like is pressed from the side to hold it in the insertion completion position.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the conventional configuration described above, since the partition plate is rectangular, the disc must be completely pulled out from the disc magazine to play without touching the partition plate, which makes it difficult to downsize the disc autochanger. The problem was that it was difficult.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems, and aims to provide a disc magazine suitable for downsizing a disc autochanger.

Means for Solving the Problem In order to solve this problem, the disk magazine of the present invention has a notch remaining portion provided at the left and right ends of the front edge of the opening into which the disk is inserted, and a portion formed between the notch remaining portion. The device has an insertion slot formed by stacking partition plates having circular arc-shaped notches at regular intervals.

This configuration allows the disc to be played without being completely pulled out of the disc magazine. It is only necessary to pull out the disk to a position slightly away from the arc-shaped notch of the partition plate.

As described above, according to this embodiment, the partition has a notch remaining portion provided at the left and right ends of the front edge of the opening into which the disc is inserted, and an arcuate notch portion formed between the notch remaining portions. Also, when trying to insert a disc into a disc magazine by hand, even if the arc-shaped notch on the partition plate is located deep inside the magazine and it is difficult to confirm the slot/separate position, the notch at the left and right ends should be used. By inserting one side of the disc with one side of the remaining part, even if it is tilted slightly, the disc will not collide or get caught on the leading edge of the circular notch of the partition plate, which has a circular notch with a radius greater than the radius of the disk. It can be inserted smoothly without causing any bumps.

Note that by providing a tip similar to a sword point on the front edge of the partition plate, the disk can be returned and inserted into the disk magazine more smoothly.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the description of the above embodiments, the present invention has two main features: the notch remaining portions provided at the left and right ends of the front edge of the opening into which the disc is inserted, and the circle formed between the notch remaining portions. By providing an insertion slot formed by stacking partition plates with arc-shaped notches at regular intervals, the disc autochanger can be easily inserted and the disc autochanger can be made smaller.
This makes it possible to realize an excellent disk magazine.
