Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a noiseproof generator which can be fabricated easily and in which a battery is housed in a simple hexahedral frame by arranging an inclined engine and a generator in series and disposing the engine muffler in the lower space of engine cylinder. CONSTITUTION:An inclined engine and generator 2 are arranged in series and a muffler 4 is disposed in the lover space of an engine cylinder 3 where the muffler 4 is arranged to rise up toward the engine 2 side. Consequently, a space is ensured between the rising muffler 4 and the side of the generator 2 and a battery 5 is disposed therein. Since main components such as engine, generator 2, muffler 4 and the battery 5 are all housed in a hexahedral frame 6, the profile is simplified and a noiseproof generator can be handled easily. Furthermore, the hexahedral frame 6 can be fabricated easily because of its simple profile.

設けられたバッテリ搭載部分に手などを挟んで思わぬ怪
我をする可能性がある。そしてフレームの製作において
単純な形状の六両立方体に更にバッテリを搭載するため
のフレームおよび載置台が必要になり大量生産型の防音
発電機のコストが高くなるという問題がある。

ように空間部が確保され、この空間部にバッテリ5が配
設されている。このバッテリ5は第2図および第3図に
示すようにフレーム6の底部に設けられた横梁7とフレ
ーム6の一部に固定された支持台8に搭載されている。

間内で調整して位置決めし取り付けることにより、エン
ジンl、発電機2およびバッテリ5の総合的なフレーム
6の底面に対する重心位置がフレーム6の底面の略中央
部にすることが可能になる。このようにすべての櫟器が
六両立方体に形成されたフレーム6内に収容されてその
外形が単純化され、かつ、コンパクトであることおよび
主な重量物の重心位置をフレーム6の底面の略中央に位
置せしめ、かつ、その重心が低いことから防音型発電機
の取り扱いが容易になる。

とができるので、防音型発電機を持ち上げた時に偏りな
く安定した状態になりその取り扱いを容易にすることが
できる。また、フレームは単純な六両立方体であるので
その製作を容易にすることができる。
