Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1、搬送手段により順次送られる所望の被搬送物を予め
定めた計数に区分して揃え出すための計数揃え出し装置
であって、前記搬送手段は前記被搬送物3aを載置して
搬送する無限軌道の搬送コンベアー4と該搬送コンベア
ー4に同調移動し、且つ前記被搬送物3aの各々を連接
された仕切体2aにて遊嵌自在に把持して搬送する無限
軌道の案内搬送体2とからなり、しかも前記搬送コンベ
アー4の被搬送物3aの移動方向側の一方端は、前記案
内搬送体2の仕切体2aを介して順次搬送される被搬送
物3aと共に移動し、且つ予め定められた所定の位置ま
で移動した後には逆移動することで前記被搬送物3aを
、前記案内搬送体2の下方の所望の位置に予め設けられ
た収納手段に順次落下させ、更に所定数落下後には再び
前記案内搬送体2の仕切体2aを介して順次搬送される
被搬送物3aと共に移動した後、再び前記同様に逆移動
する一連の動作を繰り返すことで被搬送物3aの計数揃
え出しを行う構成にしてなることを特徴とする被搬送物
の計数揃え出し装置。 2、請求光1記載の被搬送物の計数揃え出し装置に於い
て、前記仕切体2aは搬送する被搬送物3aを複数同時
に区分して、且つ遊嵌自在に把持して搬送することを特
徴とする被搬送物の計数揃え出し装置。 3、請求項1又は2記載の被搬送物の計数揃え出し装置
に於いて、前記収納手段は前記案内搬送体2から順次落
下する被搬送物3aを順次収納しうる方向に所望の長さ
を有する凹刻状の収納部5aが回転軸5bに沿って平行
に複数設けられた回転体5からなることを特徴とする被
搬送物の計数揃え出し装置。 4、請求項3記載の被搬送物の計数揃え出し装置に於い
て、前記回転体5がドラムより構成されてなることを特
徴とする被搬送物の計数揃え出し装置。 5、請求項1乃至4何れかに記載の被搬送物の計数揃え
出し装置に於いて、前記収納手段には前記案内搬送体2
から順次落下する被搬送物3aを順次収納する時、又は
収納後に前記所定数に収納された被搬送物3aの各々の
間隔を縮めて揃え直す押圧手段か設けられてなることを

出し装置に於いて、前記収納手段には所定数収納された
被搬送物3aを所望の位置に押し出すための押出手段が
