る。

するとともに、他部には結露水の排水口を有し、

り、この引き出し2には炊飯器3が着脱自在に配
置され、炊飯器3がキヤビネツト本体1から取出
し自在となつている。4はキヤビネツト本体1前
面に配設された電源スイツチである。5はキヤビ
ネツト本体1の他方の部屋に設けた蒸気凝縮装置
であり、一部はキヤビネツト本体前面に開口した
排気口6に連絡するとともに他部には結露水の排
出口7を有している。またこの蒸気凝縮装置5は
後記する蒸気の強制冷却手段をも有している。8
は蒸気凝縮装置5に設けられた蒸気入口である。
9は炊飯器3の蓋10に設けられた蒸気口であ
る。11は両端が開口した蒸気ガイドであり、一
端12は前記蒸気口9に対向する位置に配設され
ており、他端は蒸気凝縮装置5の蒸気入口8に密
着されており、蒸気凝縮装置5と炊飯器3の蒸気
口9とを連絡している。13は給水タンクで、蒸
気凝縮装置5上部のキヤビネツト本体1内に配設
されている。これには給水用給水弁14を設けた
給水管15から適宜水が補給されるようになつて
いる。もちろん給水管15は水道等の給水源(図
示せず)に接続してある。16は冷却管で、蒸気
凝縮装置5内部で熱交換面積を増加するために螺
旋状に巻かれており、一端17は電磁弁18を介
して、給水タンク13下部に、他端19は排水管
20に接続してある。もちろん排水管20は下水
(図示せず)に接続してある。21は蒸気凝縮装
置5の結露水の排水口7と排水管20を連通する
排水管である。22は給水タンク13内の水位を
一定に保つように給水用給水弁を制御するフロー
トスイツチである。前記した給水タンク13,給
水管16,電磁弁18等は蒸気凝縮装置5の強制
冷却手段を構成するものである。

となり排水気口6より排気される。この排気によ
り火傷等の危険性がないため、排気口6をキヤビ
ネツト本体1の前面に設けることができる。した
がつて、キヤビネツト本体1の側面から蒸気を排
出させる必要がなく、流し台,調理台等に組み込
むことができる。また、結露した水は排水口7よ
り排水管21,排水管20を通つて下水等に排水

ビネツト本体の側面から蒸気を排出する必要がな
く設置に大きな空間を必要としない。したがつ
て、流し台,調理台等に組み込みシステム化がで
きる。
