This invention is a composite structure container or packaging whose main layer is foamed or non-foamed synthetic resin. It relates to dressing materials and other synthetic resin products.
【0002】0002
Containers and packaging for various products such as food trays, containers, fish boxes, etc. In terms of materials and other materials, molded products made of synthetic resin are commonly used.
0003 In recent years, this type of synthetic resin product has become popular in terms of saving materials and solving disposal problems. Collecting and reusing materials after use has begun. For example, polystyrene wood Products made from synthetic resin foams, such as fat foams, are collected after use, crushed, and pressed. It is often reused by being mixed into the material resin of foam-molded products.
0004 However, in the case of containers such as food trays, the inner surface of the container Meat juices, blood, and other fluids adhere to the food. In the case of packaging materials for machine parts and tools, Oil stains adhere to the inside of the unit.
[0005] Therefore, during the above-mentioned reuse, this dirt is mixed into the material resin without being removed. As a result, products containing recycled resin materials may acquire odors, colors, or contain foreign substances. This will lead to a decrease in quality, such as a decrease in strength.
[0006] In particular, a composite layer in which a resin film made of a different material from the main layer is laminated as a surface layer. In the case of synthetic resin products with composite structures such as laminated sheets or molded products thereof, the main layer If the surface layer is not separated from the surface layer, foreign substances will still be mixed into the recycled resin material. This results in a decline in quality.
[0007] The present invention was created in view of the above, and is made from foamed or non-foamed synthetic resin. When reusing containers and other synthetic resin products, the surface layer can be easily peeled off. By peeling off this surface layer, the dirt and foreign substances mentioned above can be easily removed. We provide synthetic resin products with composite structures that can be easily removed and reused. It is.
【0008】[0008]
The present invention, which solves the above problems, has a main body made of foamed or non-foamed synthetic resin. It is a synthetic resin product with a composite structure that has a layer and a surface layer made of synthetic resin film, etc. The surface layer is peelably laminated on the main layer. It is something.
[0009] The composite structure synthetic resin products mentioned above include foamed or non-foamed synthetic resins. A surface layer such as a synthetic resin film is removably laminated on at least one side of the main layer. A container is formed from a layered composite sheet so that the surface layer is on the side to which dirt adheres. Synthetic resin products such as vessels can be exemplified as typical examples.
0010 It is practical to provide means for assisting the initiation of peeling on a part of the edge of the synthetic resin product. Preferred for application.
【0011】[0011]
According to the present invention having the above structure, the surface layer is laminated to the main layer in a peelable manner. Therefore, when reusing it after use as a synthetic resin product such as a container, please be sure to The surface layer may be peeled off from a part of the edge, for example, from the peel initiation assisting means, As a result, foreign surface layers and dirt on the product surface can be removed from the main layer.
0012 For example, if the synthetic resin product is a molded container, it is laminated in a removable manner on the inner surface where dirt adheres. If a surface layer is prepared, dirt caused by the contents can be removed by peeling off the surface layer as described above. By doing so, it can be easily removed from the surface layer.

Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described based on the drawings.
[0014] Figure 1 shows a container (A) such as a food tray as an example of the synthetic resin product of the present invention. However, FIG. 2 shows an enlarged sectional view of a part of the container (A).
[0015] (1) is the main layer made of a synthetic resin foam sheet that constitutes the container (A), and (2) is A surface layer made of synthetic resin film on the inside of a container that comes into contact with the contents and gets dirty. In the case of the figure, another resin film is further provided between the main layer (1) and the surface layer (2). A container is formed from this three-layer composite sheet (4). has been done.
[0016] The surface layer (2) is peeled off from the main layer (1) by a manual peeling operation. Laminated so that they can be separated. In other words, use as a container (A) for food trays, etc. On the top, the surface layer (2) does not peel off or partially lift, but there is some tension. Maintains peel strength (strength against peeling) to the extent that it can be peeled off by applying peeling force. Laminated with bonding strength.
[0017] The bonding force that can be peeled off is usually a peel strength of 50 to 500 (g/15 mm width), preferably Or about 100 to 200 (g/15 mm width). This peel strength is within the above range. If the size is larger, it will be difficult to peel it off, and if it is smaller than the above range, the capacity will increase. When used as a container, floating and peeling may easily occur, reducing the product value, so please do not use the above-mentioned It is better to set it as a range.
[0018] The means for releasably laminating the surface layer (2) on the main layer (1) includes: For example, the main layer (1) is a polystyrene resin foam sheet, and the surface layer (2) is a polystyrene resin foam sheet. ethylene resin film, the intermediate layer (3) between the two is ethylene-vinyl alcohol In the case of a composite sheet (4) with a three-layer structure made of a copolymer film, the front Polyethylene resin film (2a) and ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer film A composite film (5) which is laminated with a film (3a) by a coextrusion method etc. is shown in Fig. 4. As shown, the foam sheet (1a) is heated with the heat roll (6) and the nip roll (7). By clamping and heating and pressing at a predetermined temperature, it maintains the peel strength described above. It can be layered in such a way that it can be peeled off. The same applies when each layer is made of other resin materials. be.
[0019] In addition, an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer film or the like is peeled off for the intermediate layer (3). If there is a film that is easily stained, use water-absorbing paper, pulp, non-woven fabric, etc. as a surface layer. You can also
[0020] Then, using the composite sheet (4) laminated in this way as a material, vacuum, compressed air, For example, a container (A) as shown in FIG. 1 is formed by a forming means such as press forming. Bye.
[0021] The container (A) configured in this way consists of a surface layer (2) and an intermediate layer (3). The composite film (5) is peelable from the foam sheet (1a) which is the main layer (1). Therefore, when reusing the container (A) after its use, there is no possibility of contamination caused by liquid juice, etc. from the contents. The composite film (5) including the surface layer (2) to which the coating is attached is placed between the main layer (1) and the composite film (5). It can be easily peeled off and removed by resisting the bonding force between the layers.
[0022] In particular, at a suitable location on the edge of the container (A), for example on the flanged edge (7) as shown. The main layer is placed at the corner portions facing each other at 180° as a peeling initiation assisting means (8). Make a cut (8a) such as a V groove from the back side of (1), leaving at least the surface layer (2) or by forming perforations (not shown) in the main body. Preferably, the tip portion (7a) of the layer (1) is separable.
[0023] That is, when peeling off the surface layer (2) from the main layer (1), as shown in FIG. The tip portion (7a) is attached to the peeling initiation assisting means (8) by the cut (8a). If you cut it by folding it from a certain point and then peeling off the surface layer (2), the capacity will be reduced. Can be easily peeled off. The above-mentioned notch (8a) can be formed at the same time as trimming after molding. Ru.
[0024] In addition to the above-mentioned means, as means (8) for assisting in the initiation of peeling, there is also a method in which a portion is fused as shown in Fig. 5. In addition, a part of the edge of the surface layer (2) may be slightly extended from the main layer (1). Allow the surface layer to peel off by picking only the surface layer (2) at the beginning of peeling. Can also be done.
[0025] In addition, in the case of a composite sheet (4) with a three-layer structure, the side to which dirt adheres between the surface layer (2) and the intermediate layer (3) or from the middle part of the intermediate layer (3) It may be made to be removable, but if the foam sheet (1a) which is the main layer (1) is From the point of view of not leaving any material, it is important to use a composite material containing the intermediate layer (3) as described above. It is preferable to provide the film (5) so that it can be peeled off.
[0026] In addition, in the above embodiment, a composite film of the surface layer (2) and the intermediate layer (3) is used. Although the case where the film (5) is fused and laminated on the main layer (1) has been described, the composite film The layer (5) may be laminated using an adhesive, or the surface layer (2) may be a resin film. It can be carried out in a two-layer structure in which the main layer (1) is fused or laminated directly to the main layer (1). In either case, they may be laminated in a peelable manner in the same manner as described above.
[0027] If the resin film of the surface layer (2) is colorless and transparent, the surface layer (2) may remain. Since it becomes difficult to distinguish the condition, this surface layer (2) should be colored differently from the main layer (1). It is better to apply it.
[0028] Furthermore, if the main layer (1) is made of a non-foamed resin sheet (Fig. 5), Alternatively, if the surface layer (2) is made of a foam sheet, remove the surface layer (2) in the same way as above. It can be implemented by laminating them in a separable manner.
[0029] Furthermore, the synthetic resin products targeted by the present invention are composite sheets such as those in the examples. Not limited to molded containers made from molded containers, other foamed synthetic resins can be used as the main layer (1) as shown in Figure 6. In the container (A), the inner surface layer (2) with which the contents come into contact is the main layer (1). Similarly to the above, it can be implemented in a peelable laminated structure. Other packaging materials other than containers In other synthetic resin molded products or sheet-like products, the main layer is This can be carried out by providing a removable surface layer.
【0030】[0030]
As mentioned above, the synthetic resin product of this invention is laminated so that the surface layer can be peeled off. Therefore, it can be used without problems such as floating, and it is easy to collect and reuse after use. The surface layer mentioned above, that is, the surface layer on which dirt is attached, can be easily peeled off and removed. No dirt remains on the main layer. Moreover, the surface layer is made of a different material from the main layer. In this case, this foreign material will not remain.
[0031] This prevents dirt and foreign substances from getting mixed into the recycled resin material. There are no changes in properties or materials, which prevents deterioration in the quality of reused products.
