【考案の詳細な説明】 【産業上の利用分野】 本考案は建築、構築物等における土台回りに使
用される建築用スターター付き水切りに関するも
のである。 【従来技術】 従来、建築、構築物の土台回り等に用いられる
建築用スターター付き水切りにおいて、水切り部
を断面略〓字状に形成するとともに取付部の外側
面に断面略L字状のスターターを一体に形成した
ものは、例えば実開昭61−71707号公報の如く公
知である。 【考案が解決しようとする問題点】 ところが、上記従来の建築用スターター付き水
切りは、断面略L字状のスターターにより外壁材
の下端を容易に係止することはできるが、下端の
水切り部の形状が断面略〓字状に折曲形成された
だけのものであるため、水切り本体に附着した雨
水が前記〓字状部の底部を伝わり建物側に流れて
くる惧れがあり、特に雨量が多く、風の吹付けが
強い時は、風の吹上げ力によつて、水切り本体の
裏面側に廻込み、取付部から建物に浸込んで腐蝕
の原因となる惧れがあるため、水切り本体の裏面
に防水シート等の余分な部材を施さなければ確実
な水切りができないという問題点があつた。 本考案は上記問題点を解決し、水切り本体に附
着した雨水が建物側に流れ伝わらないよう確実な
水切りができるとともに施工に際し、外壁材を容
易かつ確実に係止し得る構造簡単にして使用材料
が少く、しかも成型加工が容易な建築用スタータ
ーを提供することを目的とするものである。 【問題点を解決するための手段】 本考案は上記問題点を解決するため、板材製の
建築用スターター付き水切りにおいて、所要形状
の取付部および雨水案内部を連設した水切り本体
の前記雨水案内部における垂直面部下端裏面側に
下方から上方へ向けて所要の立上り凸弧面からな
る断面略逆U字状の水切り部を設けるとともに前
記水切り本体の取付部外側面に水平板部および垂
直板部からなる断面略L字状のスターターを一体
に突設したことを特徴とするものである。 【作用】 第3図示のように施工された水切り本体の表
面に附着した雨水は傾斜面部4から垂直面部3を
伝わり、さらに前記垂直面部3の下端から建物側
へ伝わろうとするが、前記垂直面部3下端裏面側
に、下方から上方へ向けて所要の立上り凸弧面を
もつて一体に形成された断面略逆U字状の水切り
部2により阻止されて前記垂直面部3の下端から
落下し、建物側への伝わりは防止されるものであ
る。 即ち、前記垂直面部3下端の雨水が建物側に伝
わるためには、前記雨水が一旦断面略逆U字状水
切り部2の立上り凸弧面部を重力に抗して上昇し
てゆかなければならず、このようなことは物理的
に無理であり、殆んどのものが、前記垂直面部3
の下端から落下してしまい、建物側への伝わりは
防止されるものであるとともに外壁材11はその
下端凹溝部11aをスターターの垂直板部6b
に確実に係止され、これが妄りに外れたりするこ
となく施工を容易かつ迅速に行うことができるも
のである。 【実施例】 第1図乃至第6図は本考案の一実施例を示し、
1は水切り本体であつて、金属板、プラスチツク
板等所要の材料で形成されている。2は前記水切
り本体の雨水案内部における垂直面部3下端裏
面側に下方から上方へ向けて所要の立上り凸弧面
をもつて一体に形成された断面略逆U字状の水切

状は、本実施例に示したものに限定されることな
く種々の形態のものが用いられ、また立上り凸弧
面の内、外下端縁、即ち垂直面部3の下端縁と建
物側の下端縁は相互に面一もしくは一方が長く他
方が短く形成することも可能である。は水平板

に突設したものであるから、施工に際しては外壁
材を前記水切り本体の取付部外側面に突設したス
ターターの垂直板部に容易かつ確実に係止して施
工を迅速に行うことができるものであるととも
に、水切り本体の表面に附着した雨水は、前記水
切り本体の雨水案内部における垂直面部下端裏面
側に一体に形成した断面略逆U字状水切り部の立
上り凸弧面部において、自重により下方に落下し
てしまい、建物側への流れは該部において確実に
阻止することができるばかりでなく、特に本考案
における断面略逆U字状の水切り部はその立上り
凸弧面によつて形成される空間部の存在により、
通常の場合は勿論のこと、雨量が多く、風の吹付
けが強い時でも建物側への雨水の伝わりを確実に
防止でき得、その結果従来品に比し確実な水切り
を行うことができ、かつまた水切り部の強度も従
来品に比し強固なものとすることができ、しかも
前記スターターは形状が簡単で使用材料が少なく
てすみ、成型加工も容易である等、種々の優れた
効果を奏し得るものである。
