Abstract

CONSTITUTION:Plural rotating drums 12 having plural number of holes 14 in the outer surface are provided in parallel in a working liquid tank 8 so that a continuous sheet filter 10 is circulated with the rotating cylinder drums 12 and moved with the rotation of the drums 12 by releasing and winding devices. A polluted working liquid 9 is sucked and filtered with each sucking pump through a duct each connecting to the sucking hole 32 of the drum 12. To prevent direct intrusion of the contaminated liquid 9 to the inside of the drum 12, a monolithic end cap member 25 surrounding the end of each drum 12 is fixed and a rectangular plate member 28 is provided to each space between drums 12 and joined with the cap member 26. 複数の孔とを通過して前記各回転ドラム内へ加工液を吸
引する吸引装置を設けて構成したことを特徴とする加工
液用濾過装置を提供する。

12の一端の吸引用孔32(第3図参照)と連通させた
ダクト18を介して図示しない吸引ポンプによって吸引
濾過するのである。第1図においてシート状フィルター
10が一部分一点鎖線で描かれているのは、この間に任
意の数の回転円筒ドラム12を設けることができること
を示している。
