[Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to a flexible pipe cutting tool used for cutting flexible pipes made of corrugated metal pipes that are corrugated so that peaks and valleys are continuous in the longitudinal direction. be. [Prior Art] As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a conventional cutting tool includes a pair of parallel guide rollers 1, and a disk blade 2 that faces the pair of guide rollers 1 and can move toward and away from the guide rollers 1. It was composed of. When cutting the flexible tube 3 made of a corrugated metal tube, the flexible tube 3 is sandwiched between the guide roller 1 and the disk blade 2, and the outer periphery of the disk blade 2 is bitten into the outer periphery of the flexible tube 3.
Cutting is performed by rotating a guide roller 1 and a disk blade 2 around the blade. [Problems to be solved by the invention] By the way, the flexible pipe used for gas pipes is thin (about 0.25 mm), so when the disc blade 2 bites into the pipe and rotates around the flexible pipe 3, the disc blade 2 digs deeply into the flexible pipe. There was a problem in that it was difficult to rotate the guide roller 1 and the disc blade 2 around the flexible tube 3 due to the force exerted on the flexible tube 3, making it difficult to cleanly cut the entire circumference of the tube. If you try to forcefully cut the flexible tube 3, both sides of the flexible tube 3 will warp using the disk blade 2 that has bitten into the cut part of the outer periphery of the flexible tube 3 as a fulcrum, as shown in FIG. 8, and burrs will be created on the cut surface. There was a problem in that poor joining occurred when joining the joints. And again, Mikiakiaki
As in Japanese Patent No. 57-96726, a technique has been proposed in which a corrugated tube, which is a spiral tube with spiral peaks and valleys, is cut at right angles to its center. The guide ring, which has a guide surface perpendicular to the center of the corrugated tube, is attached to and fixed to the corrugated pipe, which requires the guide ring and the installation work, and requires cutting in a cantilevered state, which is troublesome. However, there was a problem that the cutting could not be done cleanly. Furthermore, in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 57-967726, a corrugated pipe is held by a guide ring, a roll holder is moved by operating a first bolt, and a rotary blade is moved by operating a second bolt. The configuration is such that you set the cutting settings and rotate the handle around the corrugated pipe to cut it, so when cutting the corrugated pipe, remove your hand from the handle and remove the guide ring, first bolt, and second bolt.
There was a problem in that the bolts had to be manipulated, and continuous cutting of corrugated pipes was time-consuming. [Means for Solving the Problems] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the flexible pipe cutting tool of the present invention uses elastic rollers 4 made of an elastic material and having an outer diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the disc blade 2 on both sides of the disc blade 2. The length a of the outer periphery of the disc blade 2 protruding from the outer periphery of the elastic roller 4 is approximately 1/2 of the dimensional difference S between the outer diameter D and inner diameter d of the flexible tube 3, and the guide roller 1
is two or more plural peaks 3 of the flexible pipe 3
The length of the elastic roller 4 is such that at least two peaks 3a of the flexible tube 3 touch, and the length of the elastic roller 4 is such that at least one peak 3a of the flexible tube 3 contacts the guide roller 1 and the elastic roller 4 at the same time. The guide roller 1 and elastic roller 4 are positioned in a lapped position. In other words, elastic rollers 4 made of an elastic material and having an outer diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the disc blade 2 are provided on both sides of the disc blade 2.
By setting the length a by which the outer periphery of the disc blade 2 protrudes from the outer periphery to approximately 1/2 of the dimensional difference S between the outer diameter D and the inner diameter d of the flexible tube 3, the disc blade 2 is prevented from digging into the elastic roller 4 any further. The guide roller 1 can rotate and move around the flexible tube 3 to cut it neatly, and the guide roller 1 can rotate and move around the flexible tube 3 smoothly to cut cleanly. The length is such that two or more peaks 3a of No. 3 touch each other, and the elastic roller 4
is at least two peaks 3a of the flexible pipe 3
By positioning the guide roller 1 and the elastic roller 4 in a wrapped position such that at least one peak 3a of the flexible tube 3 is in contact with the guide roller 1 and the elastic roller 4 at the same time, a pair of The flexible tube 3 can be reliably supported by the guide roller 1 and the elastic roller 4 to prevent it from warping, and it is now possible to cut more neatly without creating burrs on the cut surface. It is. Further, in the present invention, elastic rollers 4 made of an elastic material and having an outer diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the disc blade 2 are disposed on both sides of the disc blade 2 and provided at the tip of the movable rack 7. The elastic roller 4 and the disk blade 2 at the tip can be moved toward and away from the guide roller 1 by rotating the rotary operation ring 8. By using the rotary operation ring 8 as a grip handle, the flexible tube can be easily moved. This allows continuous cutting to be performed accurately and quickly. [Example] As shown in FIG. 1, a pair of guide rollers 1 are arranged in parallel at the tip of a substantially C-shaped main body 6.
Each is rotatably mounted with a shaft pin 11. The guide roller 1 is made of a hard material such as metal or hard synthetic resin. A movable movable lever 7 is attached to the base of the main body 6 so that its tip can freely move toward and away from the guide roller 1, and rotates a rotary operation ring 8 rotatably attached to the base end of the main body 6. This makes the movable bar 7 movable. The distal end of the movable ram 7 is bifurcated, and a disc blade 2 is disposed between the bifurcated side pieces 9, and the disc blade 2 is rotatably mounted on a shaft 10. Elastic roller 4
A shaft 10 is made of an elastic material such as rubber and has an outer diameter smaller than that of the disc blade 2, and protrudes from the side piece 9.
An elastic roller 4 is rotatably mounted on the holder. The length b of the guide roller 1 is 2 of the flexible tube 3.
The length c of the elastic roller 4 is the length c of at least two peaks 3a of the flexible tube 3.
This is the length at which the two peaks 3a touch. The distance e between the guide roller 1 and the elastic roller 4 is flexible.

[Table] D is the outer diameter of the flexible tube 3 shown in Fig. 5, d
is the inner diameter, S is D-d, and P is the pitch of the peak portion 3a, each unit being mm. Note that a is 2 mm, whereas S/2 and 1.75 are
2.05, but it is within the size range where a is approximately S/2, and the elasticity of the elastic roller 4 can absorb it and cut it sufficiently. [Effects of the invention] As described above, the present invention provides elastic rollers made of an elastic material and having an outer diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the disc blade on both sides of the disc blade, and a length such that the outer periphery of the disc blade protrudes from the outer periphery of the elastic roller. is approximately 1/2 of the difference between the outer diameter and the inner diameter of the flexible tube, which means that there are elastic rollers on both sides of the disk blade, and a guide roller is placed opposite the elastic rollers. , so when cutting the flexible pipe, 2
The disk blade can be rotated smoothly around the flexible tube while the flexible tube is held by two elastic rollers and a guide roller facing them, and some kind of guide can be attached to the surface of the flexible tube. There is no need for a guide on the flexible pipe side, and the disk blade placed between two elastic rollers stably cuts the flexible pipe without causing any warping at the center of the pipe. It has the advantage of being able to In addition, elastic rollers are arranged on both sides of the disk blade, and since guide rollers are opposed to these elastic rollers, the elastic force of the elastic rollers alleviates excessive pressing of the flexible pipe and prevents over-cutting by the disk blade. This method has the advantage of suppressing deformation of the flexible tube due to excessive cutting, suppressing the occurrence of burrs at the cut end, and suppressing warping during cutting. Moreover, the disc blade is approximately 1/2 the dimensional difference between the outer diameter and inner diameter of the flexible tube from the elastic roller.
Because the disc blade protrudes at a certain length, flexible pipes with peaks and valleys can be cut well without adjusting the position of the disc blade. It has the advantage that it is advantageous for cutting so-called single-pipe corrugated pipes which are formed and are not spiral pipes. Particularly, in the present invention, elastic rollers made of an elastic material and having an outer diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the disc blade are disposed on both sides of the disc blade and provided at the tip of the movable ram, and the movable ram is connected to the rotary operation ring. The elastic roller and disk blade at the tip can be freely moved toward and away from the guide roller by rotation operation,
Since such a rotary operation ring is provided on the grip handle, in other words, by rotating the rotary operation ring around its axis, the movable rod is moved to move the elastic roller and disc blade at the tip of the movable rod toward and away from the guide roller. Set to a good cutting condition according to the diameter of the flexible pipe,
Then, the rotating operation ring with the cutting state set in this way was used as a grip handle, and the flexible pipe cutting tool of the present invention was rotated around the flexible pipe to be cut using the grip handle, and the set state was maintained by gripping it. In particular, when continuously cutting flexible pipes, after cutting, the rotating operating ring, which is a grip handle, is rotated around its axis to separate the disk blade and elastic roller from the guide roller. , insert a flexible tube between the guide roller and the disc blade, then turn the rotary operation ring in the opposite direction to bring the disc blade close to the guide roller to set it for cutting, and grip and maintain this setting state. By rotating the flexible pipe cutting tool of the present invention around the flexible pipe by holding the rotary operation ring as a handle, there is an advantage that continuous cutting of the flexible pipe can be performed accurately and quickly.
