こで、ドツトプリンタ用印字ヘツドとして印字ワ
イヤ及び駆動エレメントを複数配置したワイヤド
ツト方式による漢字プリンタ用の印字ヘツドが開
発されており、高速化、小形化、低騒音化等の対
策が望まれている。

部材を取り付けた位置から回転中心までのバネの
長さbとの比を1:1の割合とした位置に設
け、さらに、磁気回路を構成するコア部6のアマ
チユア吸引面6aの直線上に回転中心Aが位置す
る構造となつている。

2を単に用いただけでは前記位置設定を精度良く
行うことは非常に困難であつた。また、印字ヘツ
ドはドツトプリンタ印字ヘツド用可動部を多数配
列したものであることから、各印字ピンの印字状
態をそろえるためには各可動部の前記位置設定の
バラツキを抑える必要があるが、これらの問題に
ついても上記第1図に示すバネホルダー2を用い
たのでは前記問題を解決することは不可能であつ
た。

たドツトプリンタ印字ヘツド用可動部を低コスト
で得られるものである。さらに、バネホルダー取
付面とアマチユアとコア部との接触面とが略同一
平面内にあることにより、より一層の組立精度が
上がるものである。
