湯として保温する電気保温ポツトにおいて、容器
内の水を循環させる循環路を設け、この循環路の
途中にポンプおよび浄化フイルタを設けるととも
に、この循環路を開閉するバルブを設け、前記ポ
ンプからは導湯路を導出し、容器内の水をヒータ
で加熱してその温度が浄化フイルタの劣化温度の
直前の温度に達するまでは前記バルブを開放保持
して前記ポンプの動作により容器内の水を循環路
を通して循環させて前記浄化フイルタに通過させ
、容器内の水が浄化フイルタの劣化温度以上に上
昇したのちには、前記バルブを閉止して水の循環
を停止させ、容器内で沸き上げた湯は前記ポンプ
の動作により前記導湯路を通して注出させること
