- 一階および二階部分を一体的に形成した住宅ユ
ニツトであつて、前記一階および二階部分にそれ
ぞれ衛生設備室を形成するとともに、各衛生設備
室の水廻りをそれぞれ共通の給排水設備で連結し
たことを特徴とする衛生設備室ユニツト。
