状のケーシング内に設けた超音波モータにおいて
、ロータのステータ側とは逆側に筒状の出力部材
を取付けるとともに出力部材の外周を軸受を介し
てケーシングに保持させ、出力部材のケーシング
内での外周に磁気目盛を設け、磁気目盛に対向す
るケーシング部分に磁気センサを配置させたこと
