Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a floor nozzle provided with function according to a life style by arranging a motor or the driving source of an air turbine or the like, a transmitting mechanism for transmitting the driving force of the driving source, and a main agitator to be rotated forward or reversely by the force of the transmitting mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A main agitator 21 is composed of a plurality of spiral agitating bodies 33 which are vertically arranged to be extended in the longitudinal direction of the outer peripheral surface of a roughly-cylinder-shaped rotor 32. Then, the agitating bodies 33 are formed with the flexible material of rubber or the like, and on the one-surfaces of the agitating bodies 33, a plurality of projections 34a are formed, and on the other surfaces, the number of projections shorter than that of the projections 34a, or the projections 34b of levels lower than the levels of the projections 34a are formed. When a carpet is cleaned, then by the agitator 21, a floor nozzle is rotated forward in the pushing direction, and in other words, the nozzle is rotated in the advancing direction, and so with the distortion of the agitating bodies 33 due to the rotation, the projections 34a are to come in contact with the surface of the carpet.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, the floor nozzle agitator of this type of vacuum cleaner has generally had brush bristles embedded in the rotor surface, as shown in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 63-19125. However, there was a problem with threads and hair getting wrapped around it.

そこでこの問題を解決するために、特開平1−2628

Therefore, in order to solve this problem,
As shown in Publication No. 25, a beater 1 made of a flexible material or a thin plate-shaped sliding contact piece is attached to the rotor in order to give vibration to the dust on the surface to be cleaned and to improve the beating effect. A configuration was considered in which the device is fixedly attached and the sliding contact piece is provided with a plurality of protrusions. However, the purpose of the protrusions on the sliding piece is to knock out and scrape up the dirt on the carpet, and when trying to scrape up threads entangled in the carpet, the tip needs to be hard and sharp. It could not be used on any floor other than the wa.

Effect The present invention has the above-described configuration, and in the first means, the number of projections is smaller than the number of projections formed on one surface of the stirring body, or the projections have a height lower than the height of the projections formed on one surface. Since the main agitator is formed vertically in addition to the agitator, it is possible to moderate the degree of striking against the floor surface when the main agitator rotates in the reverse direction, as well as when the main agitator rotates in the normal direction.

By the way, the main agitator 21 has a substantially cylindrical rotor 32.

The stirring body 33 is made of a flexible material such as rubber, and a large number of protrusions 34a are formed on one surface of the stirring body 33 as a first means, as shown in FIG. On the other surface, a smaller number of protrusions than the protrusions 34a or higher protrusions 34b whose height is lower than that of the protrusions 34a are formed.

When cleaning a linear area, the agitator 21 is rotated in the forward direction relative to the direction in which the floor nozzle is pushed, that is, in the direction in which the floor nozzle advances, and the agitator 33 is deflected by this rotation, causing the protrusion 34 a comes into contact with the carpet surface. Therefore, the protrusion 34b on the other side does not come into contact with the carpet surface during forward rotation. The rotation of the agitator 21 is normally set in the forward rotation direction, but the connection pipe 1
By switching the switch 35 provided at the motor 9, the motor 10 can be rotated in the opposite direction.
Due to the deflection of the stirring body 33 due to this reverse rotation, the protrusion s4b comes into contact with the paper-like surface.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the second means includes a stirring body 3
A large number of protrusions 34C are formed on one side of 3, and the other side is a raised fabric 36 made of a material such as nylon thread, or a polishing material made of a flexible elastic material such as felt or urethane foam. Member 37 is attached in any suitable manner. The protrusion 34c and the polishing material 37 are applied to the motor 1 at the same time as the first means.
By reversing o, it touches the carpet or the floor.

In the above configuration, when the floor nozzle 1 of the agitator 21 rotates forward, the plurality of protrusions 34& of the agitator 33 come into contact with the paper-like surface and the many protrusions 34a touch the paper-like surface. Stir while stirring. As a result, the protrusion 34a
The larger the number, the more dust can be removed from the surface of the paper package. In this case, since the agitator 21 rotates in the normal direction with respect to the direction of movement of the floor nozzle 1, the relative speed of the agitator 33 with respect to the floor surface is slow, and the loose threads are pushed backwards. This means that the raking force becomes weaker. Therefore, when the switch 36 is changed to reversely rotate the agitator 21, the relative speed of the agitator 33 to the floor surface increases with respect to the direction of movement of the floor nozzle. 33, it picks up garbage extremely well by moving forward while scraping it up. In this case, since the number of protrusions 34b is smaller than the number of protrusions 34a, it is possible to reduce damage to the paper-like paper due to mechanical force and increase the effect of picking up thread waste. This effect can also be reduced by making the height of the protrusion 34a lower than the height of the protrusion 34a.

Next, in the second means, when cleaning paper-like materials, the protrusion 34C is rotated forward to remove lint, etc., in the same manner as the first means, and when cleaning wooden floors or tatami mats, it is rotated in the opposite direction. , the polishing member 37 comes into contact with the floor surface, and the polishing and wiping effects can be completed without causing any damage.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above description of the embodiments, according to the present invention, the direction of rotation of the agitator can be selectively selected, and protrusions of different numbers and heights are provided on the front and back surfaces of the agitator. This allows for more efficient cleaning, as it can be used when you want to forcefully remove strong dust adhering to the line type and when you don't want to damage the paper.

By combining the moving direction of the pick and floor nozzle and the rotating direction of the agitator, it is possible to select and use the prevention of damage to the wire type and the effect of picking up threads, etc. Also,
To provide a floor nozzle for a vacuum cleaner, which is capable of polishing or wiping the floor by rotating an agitator by attaching a polishing member to an agitator, and has functions corresponding to modern lifestyles. I can do it.
