The problem is that the heat stagnates, causing the feet to become too cold and the upper body not being cooled very much, and conversely, the feet do not get warm when heating the room.

Since the air blows only on the lower body of the person who is wearing clothes, and does not blow on the upper body such as the face, the person does not get a cool breeze and is not satisfied. Moreover, especially in the winter when heating with a heater, if the warm air blown from the outlet is weak, there are problems in that the lower body is not evenly warmed, for example, it is difficult to warm the feet even if the knees are warm. On the other hand, if there is strong wind, there is a risk that dust on the floor will be blown up by the wind, which is unfavorable from a sanitary standpoint. Further, since the heater is built into the housing, when servicing or replacing the heater, the housing must be disassembled and the heater must be taken out, which is complicated.

不具合さがあつた。 In addition, the latter individual air conditioner required a ventilation pipe to guide hot and cold air from the air conditioning equipment, which required large-scale construction work and had the disadvantage that the desk could not be moved freely.

れる。 The air-conditioned desk 18 of the present invention is configured as described above, and in summer, when the entire room is cooled by an air conditioner (not shown), cold air stagnates near the floor surface 7, making it difficult to work at the office desk 1. If person 16 feels uncomfortable, the temperature at his feet is 25℃, while the temperature of his upper body above desk 1 is 26℃, which is a temperature difference of 1.
℃ (confirmed by measuring at the standard desk height of 70 cm), and if you feel lethargic, turn the control switch 14 to the cooling side, the fan 8 will rotate and the damper 13 will be set to the solid line state, and the lower part will be set to the solid line state. The suction port 11 is blocked. Note that at this time, the panel heater 6 is not energized and does not generate heat. With this operation, the cold air stagnant on the back side of the desk 1 on the floor surface 7 is sucked in through the bottom suction port 10 as indicated by the solid arrow. Then, this cold air is blown out from the air outlet 12 in a forward direction (toward the top plate) by the wind direction changing blade 17, and is blown onto the upper body.

いる。 For this reason, the upper body of person 1 above desk 1 is cooled down.
6 allows you to enjoy a comfortable cooling sensation. In particular, blow the cold air that is stagnant behind desk 1 onto your upper body.
The inside of the space 5 below the top plate 18 of the desk 1 is prevented from becoming a ventilation path for cold air to prevent the feet from getting too cold.

If you feel cold in your knees or feet because the temperature is 2.7°C (confirmed by measuring at the standard desk height of 70cm), turn the control switch 14 to the heating side and the panel heater 6 will be energized. At this time, fan 8 is not operated. Through this operation, radiant heat is emitted from the inner wall surface 6a of the panel heater 6 to the space 5 below the top plate 18, and the knees and feet are warmed almost uniformly, and the temperature in the space 5 rises, causing the space 5 above the desk 1 and You can enjoy a comfortable heating feeling that eliminates temperature differences.

When set to the solid line state, the air rising along the outer wall surface 6b of the panel heater 6 as indicated by the solid line arrow is heated by the outer wall surface 6b, and warm air is blown onto the upper body from the air outlet 12.
The radiant heat emitted from the inner wall surface 6a of the panel heater 6 warms the body from the knees to the feet substantially uniformly, thereby heating the whole body substantially uniformly.

で、第2図と同一符号を付して説明は省略する。 Figure 3 shows an example of installing an air conditioner 3 into a ready-made desk 1.
Figure 4 shows an example in which the blow-off grille 15 has a bellows structure and automatically changes the blow-out direction to intermittently blow cool air or warm air onto the person 16, thereby eliminating the discomfort caused by constant exposure to cold air or warm air. The same reference numerals as in FIG. 2 are used to omit the explanation.

Moreover, since heating is not performed by blowing hot air, dust on the floor does not fly up. Moreover, since the panel heater is exposed in the space below the top plate, service inspection of the heater can be easily performed.
