However, in the case of a piping system through which high-pressure fluid flows, the bellows tube expands in the axial direction due to internal pressure and loses its expansion and contraction function, making it unable to absorb vibrations transmitted to the piping system, resulting in no vibration-proofing effect. The drawback was that it disappeared.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides flanges on the front and rear outer periphery of a bellows part in which a plurality of folds are arranged in the axial direction of the circumferential surface, and a wire rod is provided between these flanges to limit the extension of the bellows part. It is characterized in that a vibration absorbing device formed by a non-stretchable straight extension limiting member is connected to the piping, and the vibration absorbing device is connected to the piping with different axes. This makes it possible to absorb vibrations in two-dimensional and three-dimensional directions.

The elongation limiting member 5 is made of a material that is difficult to stretch, such as a non-stretchable member in which thin metal wires or various fibers are arranged in the axial direction, and both ends thereof are fixed to the flanges 4, 4. Note that materials other than those mentioned above may be used as long as they do not stretch easily when a tensile force is applied.

Therefore, even if the bellows part 2 tries to expand due to the pressure of the high-pressure fluid flowing inside the pipe, the extension limiter 5 restricts the extension beyond a certain length, so the bellows part 2
The bellows part 2 is prevented from stretching and becoming rigid, and movement in the direction of arrow A in Figure 1 is allowed, so the vibration absorption performance is not lost, and the function as a protective member for the bellows part 2 is maintained. have

Note that the elongation limiting member 5 has flanges 4, 4.
Whether the number is two symmetrically located on the diametrical line, three equiangularly arranged, or more is selected as appropriate depending on the pressure inside the bellows tube 3, the degree of vibration absorption, etc.

FIG. 2 shows an example of piping for absorbing three-dimensional vibrations, and in this example, vibration absorbers 1, 1 are connected to piping 6 bent at right angles. According to this, three-dimensional vibrations can be absorbed by combining the movements in the directions of arrows A and A'.

As explained above, the present invention provides flanges on the front and rear outer periphery of a bellows part in which a plurality of folds are lined up in the axial direction of the circumferential surface, and a non-wire made of a wire material that restricts the extension of the bellows part between these flanges. Since the vibration absorbing device, which is made by connecting elastic straight extension limiting members, is connected inside the piping, the vibration absorbing properties of the bellows tube will not be impaired even when high-pressure fluid flows inside the piping, and vibrations will not occur in the piping. transmission can be effectively prevented. In addition, by using a piping structure in which the vibration absorbers are connected to piping with different axes, it is possible to prevent not only two-dimensional vibration but also three-dimensional vibration, as well as protect the bellows part. Excellent effects can be obtained.
