この考案は自転車用ブレーキレバーの改良に関

従来の自転車のブレーキレバーは単なる棒状
で、その基端部をハンドル杆の取付片に軸支して

た指掛部4は一体形成してあるが、これに限られ
るものではなく、別体としてねじ等で取付ける構

確実にブレーキをかけることができる。特に傘等
を片手に持つて片手でハンドルを握つて走行する
時に、手を持ちかえなくてブレーキをかけること
ができるから便利で、安全に走行できる。又、指
掛部を略三角形状とすれば指掛部にかけた指が滑
つて外れることはなく、確実にブレーキ操作を行
うことができる。
