洗槽3の隔壁のダムスキツド4の頂部に積み重ね
て固着するものである。このキヤツプれんが1
は、第2図のように断面ほぼ逆U字状に形成して
いて、その両側部の上面中央部に四角形状や半円
形状(図示せず)に外側の口径を大きくした流し
込み口5を開口し、下記のようなキヤスタブルモ
ルタル6を介して上記と同様の材質の耐酸性の栓
れんが7を流し込み口5に閉鎖可能に設けてい
る。このようなキヤツプれんが1を第2図のよう
に流し込み口5がそれぞれ接合するように隣接
し、所定のダムスキツド4の頂部に、Al2O3が85
%程度の耐酸性、断熱性にすぐれ、しかも速硬
性、自硬性を有するキヤスタブルモルタル6を介
して積層しているものである。

とを確認し、第4図のように栓れんが7を上記キ
ヤスタブルモルタル6を介して流し込み口5に嵌
合し、栓れんが7をしつかりと押圧して流し込ん
だキヤスタブルモルタル6をさらに充填して閉鎖
していくものである。

て、ダムスキツドに強固に一体的に積層すること
ができ、通過する長尺の鉄板の垂れ下がりの相当
の荷重がかかつても破損するのを確実に防止でき
て、ダムスキツドを耐久性よく長期間にわたつて
連続的に使用できるものである。
