本考案は複合ガラスに関し、更に詳しくは2層
のマルチウエツブ構造を有するプラスチツク複層
板の両面に、それぞれ板ガラスを積層してなる多

従来から、建材用窓ガラス,採光用ガラスとし
て板ガラス2枚で空気層をはさむ構造をした複層
ガラスが用いられている。この複層ガラスは断熱
保温性,防音性にすぐれるという特長を有する
が、破損時ガラスが飛散破壊し怪我につながるこ
とがあり、更には破損した後には大きな孔があく
ので外部からの侵入に対して保安性が悪いなどの
欠点がある。

本考案の目的は、3枚の板状体の各間に平行に
配列した多数のウエツブを挟んで一体に押出成形

て達成される。

本考案におけるプラスチツク複層板1は、3枚

チツク板の中間に2層の空気層をもち、2層のマ
ルチウエツブ構造をしたものである。このプラス
チツク複層板1はポリカーボネート樹脂のような
熱可塑性樹脂からなり、一般には透明なものが用
いられるが、不透明なもの或いは着色されたもの
であつても良い。このようなプラスチツク複層板
は、ウエツブが平行に配列しているので押出成形

点を有する。更に板ガラスがプラスチツク複層板
に接着しているので、複合ガラスがこん棒,石等
による衝撃を受けて破損したときガラスが飛散破
壊することがなく、かつまたガラスが飛散して孔
があくことがないため外部からの侵入に対して安
全性が高いという特長を有する。殊にプラスチツ
ク複層板がポリカーボネート樹脂のような耐衝撃
性の高い樹脂からなる場合、上述の特長,利点は
更にすぐれたものとなり、高いものとなる。
