Claims (1)
- バルブ制御量に応じた光信号を出力する制御部
と、該制御部より出力される光信号をコイル動作
のための電機信号に変換してコイルに供給するこ
とによりバルブを動作させる動作部とを有し、制
御部から動作部へ光信号を伝送するべく光フアイ
バーを配設したことを特徴とするバルブアクチユ
エーター。
